Android Wear odd behavior after factory reset

I did a factory reset on both my phone, and my smartwatch, which has now left me with a few problems, and I'm hoping someone can assist me in resolving them, or help me cope with the agony :( The watch is a Moto 360 Sport running Wear 1.5. The phone is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 with Android 6.0.1. The first problem is the button on my watch, normally, you'd press it to exit an app or switch to/from ambient mode. But currently, it only turns my screen on and opens the app drawer when held down. It does not turn off my screen or take me back to the previous activity like it did prior to the reset. It's not a faulty button, if it was, it would not have worked at all. It's never behaved like that and it's not the first time I did a factory reset on my watch. My watch doesn't inform me of incoming calls anymore either. Normally it would've shown the incoming call and allowed me to answer, but now it's just not doing anything when I receive a call, so I tend to miss them when my phone is on silent, which is pretty much all the time since I got the watch. Another problem is that my WiFi and Bluetooth menu items are missing, and when I googled the issue, someone had similar problems with an iPhone but according to that forum post, it's an iPhone-only issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/moto360/comments/3ousbu/wifi_settings_missing/ The other issue is my Google Play Music app. Normally it would've shown a card on my wear device during playback that allows me to pause and play, and when opened, it allowed skipping, etc. But currently, a card only appears when I pause the playback, and when I open that card, it's not the same interface that I had prior to the reset, but it's the same version of the app though. Hopefully, someone has experienced and resolved these issues before and can point me in the right direction.

I was doing some development work on my Moto 360 (using Android Studio), and since I rebooted the watch earlier to fix an issue with Android Studio, this location symbol has been on my watchface. What does that symbol mean? Notes: - This symbol acts exactly like the offline "cloud" symbol acts, regardless of watchface. - The app I'm working on does not access my watch's or phone's location in any way. - Debugging over Bluetooth setting in Android Wear app turned off, as well as Bluetooth Debugging and ADB Debugging settings in Developer Settings on my watch. - Some app was using my location for hours on my phone, but has since stopped, while this location symbol has persisted. - Never seen this symbol before on my watch, and haven't done a software update recently or anything. Here's a screenshot: enter image description here **What could that symbol mean? How can I get it to go away?**

Stop Android Wear Time to Leave Notifications

On my Moto 360, I get time to leave notifications repeatedly. Anytime I have an event on my calendar with a location, I'll get multiple alerts from the Google app about when to leave for it. So, if I have a dinner at 6pm at a certain restaurant, it'll buzz at least 5 times earlier in the day (often much earlier, like at 1pm that day) telling me the estimated time I need to leave at to arrive on time for the dinner. This is incredibly annoying and I can't figure out how to get it to turn off save for blocking the Google app from sending me notifications at all (something I'd rather not do). I have time to leave notifications off in the Google app on my phone (Google app -> Settings -> Notifications -> Time to leave -> off) and thus don't get such notifications on my phone (but they do show up on my watch). Here's what the notifications are like on my watch: enter image description here **How can I stop these notifications from appearing and buzzing my wrist?**

I have a 1st gen Moto 360 and recently switched from a nexus 5 to a oneplus 3. My watch won't vibrate for new notifications or calls since then. I did a factory reset and paired them again, didn't help. It buzzes when switch it off or on, so the hardware seems to be okay. I can't find any setting on the phone or in the android wear app that can affect this. Versions: - Nexus 5: Android 6.0.1 with up-to-date security pathes, I no longer have access to this phone - Oneplus 3: OxygenOS 3.2.7 - Moto 360: - android wear: 1.4.0.2580363 - google play services: 9.8.77 (560-135396225) - adroid os: 6.0.1 **Update**, after a few system updates and restarts it's back, but very weak compared to the time it was paired with the nexus5. OP3's vibrate is weak too, so that may be the cause.

When I try to send a text message on my Moto 360 (2nd gen, 2015) connected to my Nexus 6P, an error message pops up saying "try again on your phone." The text message actually does send successfully every time, but is always accompanied by this error message. How can I get this error message to stop popping up? I've tried basic troubleshooting like restarting phone and watch, clearing Google app cache, changing default SMS app, etc. How can I prevent this misleading and annoying error message from popping up?
