P.S: I'm having excellent WiFi connection with mic turned on. I've also checked all permission settings.

I use a Google Pixel and yesterday, Google Now asked if I'm interested in travel time updates to a shopping mall I recently visited and I happened to tap on 'yes'. Now, it shows me the ETA to that place all the time. I wish to disable ETA for this place now. I'm pretty sure this feature was available as a yes/no question in Google Now > Customize > Everything else. But at the moment, I do not see it. Has it moved elsewhere? Anyone having insight on this, please help.

When the phone is locked & screen off, it will never hear my voice. How do I get OK google to work when the phone is off? The option seems removed for non Google Pixel/Nexus phones. I want to convert my old android phone into a Google Home (so I can say "Ok Google, turn off the lights" in my bedroom). I have an old Samsung Note 2. I used Odin to put TWRP on it so I can run LineageOS w/ Gapps, and now I have Google Assistant running on it. However, when the phone is off, it will never hear my voice. I can turn on and off the smart lightbulb in my room with my voice now. But there is no "always listening" "wake word" for "Ok Google Everywhere" anymore. Pretty sure Google removed this feature so you have to buy a Google Home device. I want to be able to use Ok Google anywhere, even when charging my phone.

How can I use Google Now/Assistant on my Android to set an alarm more than 24 hours away from now?
I know that the alarm can be manually set to a time greater than 24 hours from the time of creation, but I want to be able to do it all verbally. I have tried looking over the internet with no success. I am using Google Now (now: Google Assistant). Thanks.

I'm running rooted stock Android 4.4.2 on an AT&T Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900A). No problems with any other Gapps or apps in general. I have tried flashing older versions, but that didn't help. The problem remains whether it is installed as a regular user app or a privileged app. I have also tried running a permissions fixer on it. As soon as I tap the icon the app displays for a few seconds and closes. If I erase the cache and app data it will run once correctly, but the problem returns after the account settings and whatnot are reinstalled. It's very handy being able to talk to my phone whilst working on the laptop but in the interests of battery power locking it again would help. Particularly if I'm using bluetooth and the phone is in my pocket. Time out is set to 15 seconds but a lot can happen in 15 seconds.

If I tap and hold on an empty space on a page then the page will get smaller and it will scroll multiple pages at once when I swipe.

I use Google Now to set reminders quite often. At times when I'd rather not be talking at my phone to add a reminder, I wish I could have a button on my homescreen that would take me straight to the Add Reminder card. I just found out about the "Set Reminder" option in Google Now's quick settings panel. It's much quicker than typing out "add reminder" in the search bar. But still, having a shortcut to that "add reminder card", or a widget which would add reminders from the homescreen would be pretty advantageous (I would probably prefer a shortcut). I've tried using a few of the Google Search app's activities, but none seem to take my straight to the add reminder card. Any ideas?

I am using Google now launcher on my Moto G3 phone. I have set up wallpapers on my home screen but the Google search bar(which is situated at top of my home screen), seems to be always overlapping the wallpaper content. Ideally, I should be able to get rid of that search bar from my home screen of Google Now launcher, but it looks like there is no easy/working way to do it, beside installing another launcher, which I do not want to do. So, as other alternative, I want to adjust the position of Google search bar by moving it around the home screen. But I am unable to drag/move it and hence unable to change its location Is there a way?

Permanently remove stock from Google Feed
I'm using Google Feed (formerly known as the Google Now screen) and one of the cards I have is for stocks. For some reason, some fund keeps getting added to the stocks card. I'm using Google Feed (formerly known as the Google Now screen) and one of the cards I have is for stocks. For some reason, some fund keeps getting added to the stocks card. ProShares UltraPro QQQ ETF (ticker: TQQQ) keeps appearing. I have neither added it, nor to my knowledge, ever searched for it. (At least, until just know, when I was looking for the full name.) I've been in to the settings for the stocks card multiple times, each time to confirm that the stocks/funds I want are there (GOOG, FB, TWTR, DJIA, NASDAQ Composite) and TQQQ is not listed. I have swiped away the listing on the stocks card I can't tell you how many times, and while it seems to stay away for the rest of the day, within a day or two it's back. I don't want it. How can I make it go away forever? Motorola Moto X (1st edition), Android 5.1.

With my android, I have to wake up and unlock the device, then hold the home button to get to the google now screen, then I have to either say "okay google", or hit the microphone button. This process takes way longer and makes voice commands in the car unsafe, which is primarily what I used siri for Please any help would be appreciated

Even a wrong distance between my mouth and my phone's microphone can cause it to ignore the OK Google command. Is there a way to save many voice model profiles just like you do it with fingerprints? In android 6.1 you can save up to 5 models of your fingerprint, all of them are checked during the fingerprint authorisation. If I could record more than 3 "Ok google" commands during the voice model retraining, I think it would work much better.

I got Huawei P30 lite with Android 9. There is a page on the main screen (if you swipe right from Home) which looks like combination of Google assistant, search, news, weather etc.. What is it called and how to remove it?

Add shortcuts to home button long press menu
Is there a way to add app launchers to the stock android's home button long press menu? I know you're able to do this in CM, but there must be some Xposed module, right? ![enter image description here][1] [1]: https://i.sstatic.net/0uv0S.png

Is it possible to disable the "Activate Google Now" reminder every time you use "Google Search Widget"?

I've started to use Android 4.X for the first time (after being a long term Android 2.3.X user) and some things are new to me. One of the things that annoy me more is the "new Google Search Widget", which is displayed onto one of my Samsung Galaxy S3 4.1.2 desktop pages. It works nicely. But, whenever I try to launch said Google search widget, Google annoys me with an (apparently unavoidable) reminder about joining Google Now. The only button they offer is a "next" button (which of course, I don't want to press). I just dismiss this nagging screen pressing the "back butotn". But as soon as I reopen the google search widget, the "join google now" reminder is there again. I'm afraid I'll press the "next" button in a distraction, and then I'll be "doomed forever". So, is there any method to really get rid of this popup? I'll never join "Google Now", in the same manner I just avoid Google + at all costs. Thanks.
