**tl;dr** _When picking up Moto G Play out of shelf or out of pocket (or doing any other sudden move) phone automatically turns on screen to about 50% of brightness, showing unlock icon and recent reminders even though I haven't toucher Power button so far. How can I disable this feature?_ Shortly after purchasing Moto E3 (for private use) I decided to purchase another child from this family -- Moto G Play (for company use). I have replicated configuration setting of Moto E3 under Moto G Play. I was more than sure that I will be able to use both phones in exactly the same way. To my surprise, Moto G Play comes with a feature that causes phone to automatically turn on screen to about half of its regular brightness, showing reminders and unlock icon every time phone's accelerometer detects any sudden move of the phone (like picking it out of pocket, moving quickly on the shelf or desk etc.), even though Power button is not pressed at all. I'm very found of the idea that you must actually press Power button to turn screen on and find this feature of Moto G Play quite very annoying. I wanted to disable it, but I can't find proper options in configuration. Since I replicated configuration of Moto E3 which doesn't have this feature I might miss something. Is there any way to disable this feature or do I have to get used to it?

How to set default alarm ringtone in Android 6.0?

With my new Moto E3, every time I open _Clock_ application (to enable some alarm) I see a message: > Default alarm ringtone is silent [Change] When I tap on Change I'm redirected to _Sounds & notification_ section of Settings, where I can only see _Phone ringtone_ and _Default notification ringtone_. Both set (not silent). As for alarm I can only see alarm volume (not ringtone) which is also around half (50%) and thus not silent as well. When I open settings of _Clock_ application itself, I can see a cool set of nice settings, but -- again -- nothing around default (or not default) alarm ringtone. **How can I set default alarm ringtone or otherwise get rid if this a bit annoying reminder**? I've been out of "Android world" for around two years or so. Last version I've used was 4.3.5, but I can hardly recall something like default alarm ringtone. If I'm not mistaken, there was default tone for notifications and default ringtone, but alarm tone was always set per each alarm separately. BTW: Since this is a system-level notification, I assume that [using 3rd party app](https://android.stackexchange.com/a/168752/20449) won't solve this.

OneDrive for Android 6.0 Marshmallow keeps adding "Email attachments" and "Documents" folder to my root OneDrive folder each time I open this application under my Moto E3. Is there any way to block / disable this annoying feature? Is this something OneDrive-specific or Marshmallow-specific. If I switch to Dropbox, will I be able to fully control what is added to my cloud-folder / block automatic creation of some strange folders?

Since phone encryption is irreversible, I'd like to ask _before_ applying it to my phone for the first time. I have a slide-screen unlock set under my Moto E3 / Android 6.0 Marshmallow. No PIN, no pattern. How it is possible that my phone / Android allows me to encrypt my phone in this situation? Here are all the warnings I can see. First screen warns me that: - I need to power up my battery to something around maximum, - I need to connect my phone to charger, - phone encryption takes 1+ hour. Second screen warns me that: - phone encryption is irreversible, - phone encryption takes 1+ hour. But, on both screens I can tap Encrypt Phone button without any problems. What am I missing? Shouldn't I be rather warned that phone encryption is not possible in my case, because I failed to set PIN-lock or pattern-lock for my screen / phone? Shouldn't Android 6.0 rather disallow me to continue with phone encryption in this case?
