I'm trying to restore a new device with apps from my old device, but neither Android Market nor AppBrain seems to automatically bulk install them? When I use the Execute method in AppBrain it seems to only send me to manual install of all apps, which probably would take a long time since I use a number of apps. Is there some way to make AppBrain bulk install a list in a batch or is it possible to move the apps from my old device to the new one?

Is there any way I can search or filter android apps by size less than 1MB or 2MB on any android app store? I have a low end android phone with less memory and installation space. Light weight apps are mostly faster and I can install more of them therefore I want to search small apps only.

Are there any features/functions that Appbrain has that the new market.android.com doesn't? If it does, what are they?

The Appbrain app is offering to update my Maps, Street View and Facebook app. In the Android Marketplace, I can't see any option to update (though I have never updated an app before so I don't know how the update would appear). I am wondering if this difference has something to do with HTC customisations. Should I allow Appbrain to update these applications or not?

Take this game ; why is present on the Android Market but not on AppBrain?

I installed Google Chrome to Phone via AppBrain. AppBrain displays the app as installed (both the website, and my AppBrain app). When I click 'open', I get "This app is not executable". When I click 'uninstall', I get 'The application was not found in the list of installed applications.' I indeed do not see it in the list. What should I do to install it? (BTW, I also can't find it on the Google Market)

I receive 'no item could be found error' when I try to install some apps such as: - Busybox - Gems miner - Springpad All apps are listed in AppBrainer or on their webpages but not on Market. What is causing it?
