A lot of games have packs that you can purchase and they are very expensive, especially for things like Game of War or Mobile Strike. On Android, if you change your local settings to a different country in your Google Wallet as well, for example: Mexico, you can buy things slightly cheaper than, say, in the U.S.
Does anyone know where in the world is the cheapest to buy in-app purchases from? I've seen people try Brazil, Russia, etc.

A lot of people get things for cheaper. But when their gold reaches 50k, the pack price changes and for some reason it no longer works, so they can't get cheaper packs.
I was wondering if anyone knows a way around this?

Yesterday I was trying to purchase an app from the Play Store. So I added my card details to the dialog window that appeared, and Google deducted a small sum from my A/C (Rs.51 INR), which I know, is for the purpose of verification of my card. But the problem is, the app which I was trying to purchase says the transaction was cancelled. Here's the transaction log from Google Payments :

If I entered wrong credentials, then why did the verification amount got successfully deducted?

I have a restricted account setup on my A8 for my daughter, and wanted to unlock some features of her game for her. I switched over to my main account and made the purchase, and it shows up there. But even after pressing restore purchases, force stopping the app, clearing the cache, and restarting the tablet, the purchase is not reflected on the restricted account. How to restore purchases in an app that is no longer available on Google Play
A good friend of mine played a game called "Cordy" years back. The first three levels in Cordy could be played for free, the ones after that you had to unlock via In-App purchase. A good friend of mine played a game called "Cordy" years back. The first three levels in Cordy could be played for free, the ones after that you had to unlock via In-App purchase. Back then, she decided to buy premium. Fast forward to today: Her childhood game is no longer available on the Play Store, and when you install the APK provided by a third party, it comes without the stuff unlocked. Attempting to restore previous purchases doesn't do anything.
Is there anything I can do to get it to work so that she can play the full game again?
If I have to mess around with the APK file, that would be fine too.

I cannot change the payment account, I guess it grabs the account from Google Pay installed on my phone which I use for everyday payments.
I don't like it, I don't like when some arbitrary app that I don't trust has access to my payment profile by default, and I like to disable such possibility for the app. Is there a way?
I don't understand where this possibility comes from, I didn't grant any payment permissions for the app.
Is this permission inherent for any app and I can't disable it?

The Play Store is password protected for every purchase, so the main issue is not preventing the purchase itself, but something like blocking the opening of the Play Store or the forwarding of the screen to the store, something in that line.

When a you do an in-app purchase like buying a feature or subscription the the app and the developer is getting data on your purchase.
I searched a bit the Google documentation but I wasn't able to determine what user-data from the used Google-account used by the purchase is made accessible to the app and it's developer.
Technically it should be possible to implement this whole process in a way that the app and it's developer does not get access to any user-related data like Google account e-mail, user name or similar data. The app and it's developer should only get the data what item/subscription you have bought and may be a random user-id only Google can relate to your account.
Is there any official documentation available about the privacy of in-app purchases like what user-related data is shared with the app and it's developer?

I found no way to change this email.

Whenever I want to make an in-app purchase, a prompt with the header "Verify it's you" with a text box and a submit button appears, but it doesn't say what i need to introduce in the text box.
