When I plugged it to my PC, the PC wouldn't detect that it was connected.
I returned back on the issue to try to fix it but the problem is that I don't know what I can do to fix it.

I have been trying to root my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (SM-T217S; Firmware version T217SVPUBNH4).
Since the September update I can't re-root my tablet, I have tried apps like Vroot(app), towelroot, and pretty much all the rooting apps available for Android.
I also tried programs like Kingo Root, one click root, vroot for PC, and many alike. I haven't tried flashing the TWRP or ClockworkMod Recovery. I tried a while back with TWRP but it failed.
How do I root my device?

I unrooted my tab then did a factory reset, I then rooted my tab with Kingo Root, after rooting was successful my tab's performance became very slow. So I decided to boot into recovery mode then wipe data and cache. After that I noticed that the Samsung logo is slow. After booting my tab's performance is extremely slow, it takes time to go to the settings. So I went to look at CPU usage then I saw 98% of my RAM is being used. But the're only a few process on the list using a bit of RAM but they keep restarting. So I removed the root of my tab to see if that works, but it didn't.
After rebooting my tab it says "process system isn't responding"
Can anyone help me?

The initial image seen is something like this:
After flashing the Samsung stock ROM the device should be as good as new and the standard stock animation should be played when connected to the charger.
Anyone knows why this is happening and how to solve the issue?
/system/bin/playlpm
file (called just lpm in other devices) to make the device boot just as soon as power is supplied. After trying many times I realized that it wasn't working so I went back to flash the stock ROM of the device.
Finally, I did a factory reset using the recovery flashed with Samsung stock ROM. After connecting the charger, I found out that the /system/bin/playlpm
file was not been executed at all, since no animation was being played when the charger was plugged, only the initial image of the battery with a static image on top of it.
The animation should be something like this:

We have a product that combines one Galaxy Tab 3 7"or Galaxy Tab 4 7" tablet, both wifi-only, with a Mikrotik RB951G-2hnd router. The Mikrotik has a hidden wifi network so we add it manually to the tablet. Most of the time it works great but for some reason, sometimes the tablet forgets the SSID of the hidden network.
According to our costumers, this happens when there's a power cut and the tablet looses its charge. After the power comes back, the tablet won't connect to our mikrotik device. When checking the WiFi connections on the device configuration the network won't even appear on the list.
This happens only sometimes in some tablets.
How can the device forget a manually entered SSID?

For Christmas I got a Galaxy Tab 3 (7in, SM-T110) for the wee ones to play with. I want to secure it as much as possible so they cannot accidentally buy stuff or get tracked or whatever. So I thought I'd install Cyanogenmod.
However, the device is not officially supported. From what I understand, I can still install Cyanogenmod on the device, it's just a bit more complicated. Obviously, it is possible, because there's "tutorials" out there about how to do it by people who have successfully done so. Never having done any of this, though. I got lost pretty soon among instructions on rooting, using ODIN, CWM, TWRP, ROM managers, and whatnot. _Sigh._
So what do I need to do in order to install Cyanogenmod? I suppose I need to root the device? Do I need a ROM manager? Or is it advisable? What do I need ODIN for? Do I need ODIN? What I need is _1)_ a thorough explanation what all of these buzzwords mean and what they are good for, and _2)_ a step-by-step for dummies for how to put them together.
_Note: I have seen [this answer](https://android.stackexchange.com/a/20041/13431) (which assumes the device to be supported) and [this answer](https://android.stackexchange.com/a/62986/13431) (which assumes too much knowledge)._
