Cannot rate some installed apps on Google Play Store

It looks like I can rate some apps on Google Play store and cannot for some other ones while both are installed on my smartphone.
Here are two examples.
1. InShot app is installed on my phone. But, Google Play Store does not list it under Installed tab. And it is not allowing me to rate or review this app.
2. Kinemaster app is listed under Installed tab and I can give it rating.
I tried all the solutions in the question [Cannot rate apps on Google Play](https://android.stackexchange.com/q/207384/335883) . But, these aren't working.
This issue exists with quite a few of the apps on my device. So, why isn't Google Play Store allowing me to rate some installed apps? Is there any solution?
EDIT: From this [Google Play thread](https://support.google.com/googleplay/thread/14104301?hl=en) , it looks like many people faced the same issue.

Google Play on the phone has for long been showing me reviews for the country I reside, which many times aren't really helpful, or sometimes there is simply no review at all to show, for my country.
I used to have a workaround which is to go on the browser, and there it was showing me all reviews.
However, just recently, they completely updated the Google Play interface on the browser too, and the Reviews now appear to behave the same way as in the phone app.
I can't really understand what's the problem or showing ALL reviews, even if they prioritized my country's reviews and show the rest after, but no... they have to completely HIDE many reviews that could be helpful to me...
Is there a way I can force showing all reviews for an app?

I've been searching around for any official docs and some 3rd party sites but I can't find a way to rate an app via the Android TV itself, without installing a 3rd party browser app to browse Google Play Store.
When using the Google Play Store, selecting *My Apps* then selecting the app you want to rate, it only shows four buttons:
- Update
- Uninstall
- Full Description
- Flag as Inappropriate
I've also seen this [Hidden Android TV Browser](https://youtu.be/3_bP1-fhGfQ?t=30s) thing, maybe it'd be possible to just rate the app by using a internal browser then going to the Play Store site, but it doesn't seem to work (maybe it used to, but not anymore), it just shows:
> *Restricted Access. No browser was found.*
So I'm wondering if this is even possible? If no, is there any reason as to why they wouldn't allow users to rate an app via the Play Store when using an Android TV? Or is there any feature request for this (wasn't able to find one, maybe someone already did and I just wasn't able to find it)?

PS: I did try using a 3rd party browser app to rate an app by going to the Play Store site, but it's not a good experience for a user to go through all that (installing another app to go to Play Store, login again, then find the app to rate).

However, I would like to put a pseudonym on it because my real name reveals to everybody the device I am using, which should be private. Currently, my rating looks like this one:
firstname.lastname on May 22, 2012 (Samsung Galaxy S2 with version 1.0)
I looked into my public profile of Google+, but I cannot find something which looks like firstname.lastname.
I looked on the Google Play website, but I did not find related preferences.
Where can I change this name? Is it in the device itself or what?

I just found out I cannot rate apps on Google play. Any app. And yes, I have them installed. But the rating 5 stars or 'Rate' button are missing. Am I missing something? Anyone else experiencing the same issue or know why is this happening / How to overcome this?

The person asking seemed satisfied, however there is no such menu option on my phone (Android 2.2).

I find it quite annoying that there is no easy way to sort the reviews of an Android app:
- neither can I search for certain keywords that may appear in a review.
- nor can I change the sort order, i.e. I can sort by rating, but if I want to see the 1-star ratings. I have to scroll all the way through thousands of higher ratings.
I am feeling quite tricked by Google. Of course it is obvious what they want to do - hide the "bad" ratings from the users. But seriously, it's not very customer friendly :(
Are there any web apps or sites that offer detailed sorting options for the Google Play Store?

If an inappropriate review is removed by Google Play, is its associated rating also deleted?

How do I know 360 Security antivirus app really works?

Like Clearing cache, cool down battery, boost, etc. Also if I get a message that says"warning your alcatel has viruses, & You have to do an antivirus scan before phone is damaged" it always says phone is secure no viruses detected. Then why did I get the message in the first place? Is it also fixing the problem while scanning? Also why doesn't cleaning junk also cover app cache? It makes you do it manually in advanced clear. How do I know if it is actually working correctly or if I need a different antivirus? Can you recommend one for me if I need it?

How to disable all "please rate our app" dialogues?
I use a lot of different apps, and many of them prompt me to rate them in the Play Store. Some of them don't have a "never" button, so they keep bugging me. I use a lot of different apps, and many of them prompt me to rate them in the Play Store. Some of them don't have a "never" button, so they keep bugging me. Some of them don't realize it even if I've rated them, so they keep asking me to rate them after I've actually rated them. Also, I want to rate apps on my own initiative, I don't like such reminders.
Is there a way to block/disable/hide all such "please rate this app" prompts systemwide?
For example, it could be an Xposed module that looks for dialogues with buttons leading to rating in the Play Store and then blocks/hides those dialogues.
I have Xposed Framework and root access.

I was looking at the reviews for an application which was rated as 3.5 stars in the summary. From reading the reviews, there were few 5's a lot of 1's and very little in between. Rankings of apps by rating are typically useless because the app ratings are not adjusted for numbers of votes, and therefore the top of the ranking is invariably saturated with many screenfuls of 5-star apps each having only a handful of votes, thus obscuring apps with slightly lower ratings but much higher numbers of votes. Needless to say, the latter ratings are vastly more reliable. *These* are the apps I'm trying to find.
Does anyone know of an Android app search service that allows ranking results by app ratings somehow adjusted for numbers of votes? (E.g. use the standard rating minus 1 or 2 standard deviations.)
