My HTC Incredible S phone runs Android 2.2, and has the ability to sync e-mail, calendar and contacts with our Exchange 2010 Server at work.
Tasks, notes and e-mail reminders, however, aren't synced out-of-the-box.
I've been looking, but can't seem to find any lightweight apps on the Google Play Store that can fill this gap.
Does anyone know of such a product?
If a lightweight one does not exist, what would you recommend I do to sync these items? I'd prefer using the built-in e-mail, calendar and contact apps, and would rather avoid bloatware such as TouchDown.
*I found this question which somewhat addresses this, but doesn't mention e-mail reminders and notes.*

I am trying desparately to find an app solution to manage all of my disparate task lists. I work for two companies, both supply me with exchange credentials and a phone (one iphone, one blackberry). Both sites run through exchange. My personal device is a Samsung Galaxy S3.
For personal tasks I have been using Astrid, but I am unable to get my outlook tasks that way. I have heard people suggest using touchdown, but that would create yet another task manager that I'd have to tangle with. The solution I am looking for is something that would either:
1. Sync exchange at each site to google tasks, which astrid would then sync on to my personal device.
2. Allow astrid to directly pull down tasks from the exchange servers
3. Provide some other 3rd party task manager which would sync with google tasks, and both exchange servers.
I am using a mac, so sadly the outlook sync for google apps program won't work (it's windows only, and only compatible with the windows version of outlook).
Any recommendations on how to accomplish what I'm doing? Right now I am missing tasks because I have to juggle 3 different devices to get everything, and it's having a pretty big impact on my productivity.

My Tasker version:
1.3.3u2m
; Android: ICS 4.0.4
To every Profile or Context I can set up Name. And I wanna use this Name with Tasks.
Let's take an example:
-----------------
1. I have Profile with Name "SampleProf
"
2. In this Profile I have Context with name "SampleCon
"
3. Next I wanna create Task like:
- New Task > Variable > Variable Set
- Name > Variable Select > %sampleVar
- To > Variable Select > **HERE I WANT TO SELECT VARIABLE WITH NAME OF PROFILE("SampleProf
") OR CONTECT("SampleCon
")**
Is there way to do that at this moment?
I only see that there is "Profiles Active" variable (%PACTIVE
), but, this puts as value, ALL names of Active Profiles.

Syncing tasks with exchange server
I've recently upgraded from a Windows Mobile 6.1 phone to a desire, and there is one feature that I miss and that's the ability to sync tasks with my exchange server. What are other people's, low cost solutions to this problem?

I'm syncing email and calendar with my corporate Exchange server on my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. Problem is when I mark a recurring task as done on my PC the tablet puts it back. This only happens when the tablet is online, so definitely caused by the tablet. I've noticed that yearly re-occuring tasks that originally started for instance in 2003 are put back starting again in 2003 but the reminder date is 2013. When I mark it as complete the dates move to 2004 and 2014. I have to actually delete the task on the tablet and recreate it on the PC to get it right.
