Factory reset Sony Xperia J with forgotten pattern code

My friend asked me if it's still possible to factory reset his Sony Xperia J phone in any way when the pattern code was entered 20 times and it locked itself. The only way to do it right now is to enter the answer to the question, but he doesn't even remember it. The second one's validating through a Google account, but he doesn't remember his credentials.
I tried the volume up/down/both + power button, didn't seem to work, the menu won't show up. I tried flashing it, but it's locked and when I tried to unlock it, writing the code in the emergency dialer didn't do anything too. Additionally, other codes didn't look like working too. No menus showed up.
Is it possible to factory reset this phone? I don't care about data loss, I've already taken both SIM and SD cards out where all the information was.

Unfortunately I can't find any option to block it. I was told that I should add it to some Reject list.
When I open the contact and press Menu, I see only 4 options:
- Modify
- Send contact
- Delete contact
- Set as default
Where should I add it to the reject list?

To my greatest surprise, yesterday it started to download 50MBs of updates when I was on 3G and my 200MB package was almost exceeded.
I checked the Data usage of Google Play Store on my 3G network and on Wifi: Wifi has 432 MB traffic, **3G has 82 MB** (with wifi-only settings).
My question is: what settings should I use to prevent the abuse of my 3G package? Have you experienced similar behavior?

How to edit Sony Xperia J dictionary
I like to use the built-in dictionary that suggests words when I use SMS or Hangouts. It works okay but I'd like to edit some of the words it suggests. Where can I edit the built-in dictionary? Is there a function for it?

Xperia J becomes little unresponsive after I make or receive a call
My Xperia J becomes little unresponsive after I make or receive a call. I have to restart the phone afterwards. I did a factory reset and it worked for 3-4 days, but the problem comes again.

Internal storage is used up by Android

My Xperia J has 756 MB of internal storage. After 2 months of use I hardly can install anything as my system directory is 600 MB. It seems that in system/apps I have 200 MB of not used apk files (system apps that could be activated I guess), and 400 MB of the system with its core and its installed apps. So basically 756 MB is around 200 MB at the first instant of starting the using of my phone.
I use Clean Master to delete 10-20 MB of cached data now and then but as my phone is not rooted, I am stuck. I moved every application to the internal SD card (I can't use the external SD card - because it is not listed in the application settings as an option)
What can I do to install more apps?

My Sony Xperia J phone was in my pocket and I wanted to read an ebook, so started my reader application. It showed a black screen and when I checked the shelf, all my books were gone.
I noticed a new notification icon that looked like a folded SD card. I checked its message that said: **SD card is empty or its file system is not supported**.
What? Half an hour ago I was using it.
I tapped the message and a question appeared: *Do you want to format your SD-card? It'll erase all data from it.*
What?? All my ebooks and media are gone just like that?
I restarted the phone, still no SD-card. When I got home, I removed the card and reinserted and fortunately now it works.
How does that so-called OS dare to lose my data? And the "recovery" solution is to _format the card_?
What could cause this?

My phone needs to charge for about only 2 and half hour, but I forgot so I charged my phone for about 3 and half hour. Then I noticed that my battery is easy to drain. When my phone is in 14% or below, it will tell me that I already need to charge but when I turn off my phone and turn it on again, it will go back to 16%. Also when my phone is already 100% charged and I turn it off and on again, it will be at 95% left. Can overcharging destroy a Xperia J or Android phone?
