Internal Storage -> DCIM -> Camera -> YYYY -> Directory Name -> MyPic.jpeg
But there is no obvious means of displaying the pictures stored like this on the telephone. Is there a way to navigate through the directories in the picture viewer?

How to find out the native library directory of an app?

On a rooted phone, this would be an easy task.
It's also possible via ADB and USB debugging:
adb shell dumpsys package com.some.app | grep legacyNativeLibraryDir
However, I want to know if there's a way to find out without rooting or activating USB debugging.

I am using Micromax A106 Unite 2.
I used the app FolderMount to move files to the SD card for WhatsApp, UC Dowloads, Picsart, and other apps.
After some days, my phone had many hang problems.
I just uninstalled FolderMount and did a hard reset on my phone. But before uninstalling FolderMount, I forgot to unmount all folders.
Now I am facing many problems with that.
The FolderMount's partitions are still on my phone.
If I create a folder "WhatsApp" on my SD card and internal storage, the folders mount automatically. And after 1 or 2 minutes, the phone will hang.
I formatted the SD card but it is not a solution. I tried another SD card, but the result is the same.
How do I remove these FolderMount's partitions?

Obviously if they can unlock my phone phone they will get access to it.
What I am asking is that, if they try to remove the memory card from the motherboard and try to access the files, will they be able to access the files in my secure folder?

I have added many photos from Camera to Album X for sorting. Is there any way to automatically add all remaining photos in Camera to Album Y?

It would be better to add all photos not already in Album X to Album Y so that I can go through them again as a group and promote more to Album X as necessary. Is there a way to automate the process of adding the thousands of photos in Camera which are not already in Album X to Album Y?
NB, as an alternative to automatically adding all photos to Album Y which are not already in Album X: Is there a way to view all the photos in Camera alongside some kind of identifier of whether they are also in Album X? Even that would make the sorting process much easier.

Is there any way of stopping this from happening? This is not a phone card but a media player, and the extra folders are completely unnecessary...
In the meantime, I'm using CX File Manager and deleting them, but they're created automatically every time I reboot.

In Ubuntu you can create a .conf file under /etc/ld.so.conf.d and write the path name to the directory you want to be searched by the dynamic linker in that file and run ldconfig command afterwards to update it.
I am wondering if there is something similar under android.

Currently using a Samsung S10e with Android 11.
I Smart-Switch'ed from a Samsung J7 prime with Android 8, a couple of months ago.
I could group apps in my Android 8 by (as best as I remember):
1. From the *Home* screen, swipe from the bottom up. This led me to the
*App drawer*.
2. If creating a new folder, long press on any icon in the *App drawer* and drop it on top of another app that would share the folder.
3. If adding an icon to an existing folder, long press on the icon and drag-and-drop it on the folder.
Now, when I long press on an icon in the *App drawer* and I start dragging it, the *Home* screen is immediately shown for dropping.
So I can now group icons as above in my *Home*, same as before.
But I cannot do that in the *App drawer*, where I am certain **all** app icons are shown, and thus I am certain all icons are assigned to some folder (or left in the "root" folder).
**Is that grouping still possible in the *App drawer*?**
It *might* not be possible with the default launcher, but I want to make sure before moving to a different launcher, like Nova.

The app drawer is an icon present on the home screen that opens up a list of every application installed on the phone. This split nature of home screen and an app drawer is one of Android's main points of differentiation with Apple's iOS."
