Block 'Explore' feature on Google Docs for users under Google Family Link

I tried to put my boy under my supervision on Google Family Link. I put a limited number of apps on his phone, only what he needs without a browser at all. One of the apps it has is Google Docs. Google Docs on smartphones has an option called 'Explore', where you can search the Internet, and it simply links you to Google and acts as a real browser.
To try: open a sample document > enter edit mode (when the cursor is flashing) > click on the drawing of the three dots > Explore
The whole idea was to block the browser so that it would be impossible to surf the Internet, but Google forgot a small hole in their security.
I haven't even found a way to contact Google themselves, but I think that even if I contact them, no one will really care about me.
Does anyone have an idea how to block it?
Update: Google remove the exploer option

This is not the same thing as adding a shortcut to the Android devices home screen as indicated by: https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/56704/can-i-make-a-google-doc-shared-with-me-more-accessible-on-my-android-device?r=SearchResults
Google is a large company. When it creates apps for Android, it needs to be on parody with the desktop browser unless there are specific technical reasons why that's not possible, and sometimes it is not possible, but not in this particular situation for sure.

How to view the Google Docs File menu on my Lenovo tablet?

I've googled and seen how to restore the File menu to Google Docs. They tend to say to hit the "two arrows in the upper right". For example, the number one hit that pops up (https://www.solveyourtech.com/file-menu-go-google-docs/) says this:
> You can make the menu and toolbar visible again in Google Docs by clicking the downward facing arrows at the top-right of the window.
I don't see any of this on my Android tablet (Lenovo) however. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether I am using productivity mode or not.
Does anyone have any alternative steps on how to get the File menu to appear?

Google Docs shortcuts that lead you directly to a particular heading of the document instead of just the beginning of the document.

My samsung note 5 has 2 google accounts.
1. When refreshing contents of google drive or google docs via wifi, neither of them can sync to fetch new information nor can it open existing files. When trying to refresh contents, this error message pops up: **'Can't retrieve file information. Check your network connection'**.
2. However, both the apps can sync with the google accounts over mobile data.
3. Already have tried existing suggestions such as, cache/data cleaning for the apps, restarting router, uninstalling/reinstalling google drive/docs, toggling syncs on for both my google accounts etc. Still the issue persists.
4. Have not switched to a different isp connection or a new router in a while. Currently using tp link WR741ND v4. It does not have any IPv6 toggling option.
Anyone facing similar issues?

I'm using Samsung Dex on a Note 9 and would like to open Google Docs in Chrome (or any other browser) instead of the Google Docs app.
Otherwise I can't use certain plug-ins like reference managers.
I tried uninstalling docs, tried different browsers, tried to change the default action for Google docs links and tried to activate the desktop mode where possible but I still couldn't access the desktop mode of Google Docs that I would see on Windows. I'd be grateful for any help.

**Note:** This question is specifically about Google Docs on Android, not Google spreadsheet on Android.
Instructions from this [page](https://www.controlaltachieve.com/2016/06/docs-checklists.html?m=1) shows how to insert a checklist using the Android app or Google Docs. I was able to follow those instructions on the Google Docs Android app, however, I need to then quickly and easily check off each item. The instructions on that webpage are given for a desktop web interface, because it refers to clicking the right mouse button and selecting an operation, but how do I do that within the Google Docs Android app? Is this impossible?
I currently believe the answer is "no", but I hope someone will prove me wrong about that.
