How do I reset the Logitech Revue to factory defaults?

I rebooted my Logitech Revue today by pressing ctrl+alt+delete, which I have done a number of times before. After it went through the normal boot up it went to a blank screen. And just stays there, unresponsive. The remote does nothing for any of the other devices either as it seems that the "universal" part of the remote is actually software based, not in the remote itself.
I figure that I should be able to reset the device back to factory defaults but not sure how to reset it. I am hoping that a reset will get the device working correctly again.

How can I watch HD Amazon videos on Logitech Revue?
I'm running the latest updates for my Logitech Revue (according to the check for updates screen), but when I go to the Amazon Instant Video app, it just redirects me to Chrome. I'm running the latest updates for my Logitech Revue (according to the check for updates screen), but when I go to the Amazon Instant Video app, it just redirects me to Chrome. Amazon doesn't support HD in the browser, so I can only watch SD videos.
When I try to play HD videos, Amazon says, I must use a supported device, which the Logitech Revue is, and that I must register it. Its instructions to register it say to open the "Amazon Video" app on the device, then go to "register device". As mentioned, my app (named "Amazon Instant Video") just redirects to Chrome.
I called Amazon, and they said it sounds like I'm running "google tv version 1.0". Since my "firmware" says 3.2 and i apparently have the latest updates, I'd guess that I'm not. Amazon support says only Google tv v2.0 has the application w/ HD.
Any ideas what I'm missing here?

Is there a way to update the Flash player for Google-TV on Logitech Revue?

For example, trying to play a video via Amazon Video On Demand (via the installed App, which just launches the browser on Amazon's web site) results in "The following plug-in has crashed: Shockwave Flash"
Some Flash ads for example work, while other Flash games crash too. I hope there is a way to update Flash and fix this.
- HoneyComb 3.1.0
- Adobe's Flash Version check shows I have Flash installed.
- Flash Player Version: 10.2.163.145
- OS: Linux 2.6.35.14-ge141a01 (32-bit)
- Capabilities: GTV 10,2,163,145 (Including Audio, Video & Local Files)
Adobe's site says the latest version of Flash for Android is 11.1.111.8 (Android pre-ICS).

Is it possible to shutdown or restart a Logitech Revue without pulling the power cord?
My Revue (Android 3.1) was acting balky, so I wanted to restart it. I spent several minutes looking through menus, but didn't find an option to shut down or restart the OS. I ended up pulling the power cord, but it seemed a bit harsh.

Anyone else successful with the Google Play update on Logitech-Review or Google TV? Any suggestions for a work around?

The Logitech Help has stopped working - all the link report "Unable to Open URL". I am guessing this is part of Logitech's dropping of support for this device.
