How to watch lectures in Adobe Connect app when I can't find Flash 11.2 for Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 5.0.1?

I want to watch prerecorded Adobe connect lectures on my Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 5.0.1.
The problem: when I try to play them through a browser (I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Dolphin, and the default browser on android) and through the [Adobe Connect](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.adobe.connectpro) app I downloaded from the Play Store, I'm told every time that:
> Adobe Connect requires Flash Player 11.2 or above.
>
> Adobe Connect requires the Flash Player plugin, version 11.2 or above. Please download and install the Flash Player to continue.
I have successfully gotten Flash 11.1 on my phone, thanks to a tutorial I found through Google search using the Dolphin browser. Obviously, that is not 11.2. I did search Google on how to get 11.2 on Android but I could not find anything useful. From Adobe's official site it's not compatible with my device.
Specifically, I want to watch lectures like [COP1000 Lectures
Fall 2013](http://burtondsc.pbworks.com/w/file/fetch/84306340/lectures_cop1000_fa13.htm) (but for the upcoming semester - same concept)
I have even tried adding a link from that page to the Adobe connect app but with no luck.
If there is anyone who can help me in any way get access to these lectures on my phone that would be amazing. Even if it means finding a way to convert the lectures to an mp4 or other video format. (I tried searching that on Google too)

I am trying to avoid any kind of sexual stimulation and want to block video content on any browser. I was looking for browsers which provide this functionality but could not find one. These are the browsers which I found
1. Atlas Browser
2. Lightning Browser
3. No image Browser
4. Habit Browser
All these browsers block only images in the browser. But I need a specific one which can block videos only. Finally, I found one such that blocks both images and videos but this functionality cannot be separated. The browser is Purity - Safe Porn less Browser.
I want to know if this functionality is separatable? Can we block images and videos separately? This browser needs subscription ; so does anyone know about any such browser that does not support flash or video files.
Important question : Can we practically block images and videos separately or are they correlated?

Any recommendations?

I've read many things that suggest that it should work but they are probably stale and out of date.
So, as of October 2016, does the Flash player work on Android 5.1 and, if so, how does one get it working?

On all the Android devices I've ever had, I've never seen one that could actually allow flash music streaming or YouTube to run in the background on a minimized window.
For example, if you are on a music streaming website, as long as that web page is in the foreground the audio will play. However, if you need to minimize that window and open another tab, for example, the flash stream stops.
It's the exact same way for YouTube; as long as the video is open in the foreground window the music will play.
Is there any way to put those in background, but have their sound continue to play?

On any browser I try, even with SkyFire 4.0 and Flash, when I play a video on a webpage, what happens is the video is actually played by another program(Moboplayer, SkyFire's client, HTML5 browser video player, etc.).
What I want to do is play a video and watch it streaming while still being able to:
1.Move the webpage around, scroll, navigate, select other buttons, radio boxes, hyperlinks, etc.
2.Be able to have Flash run other streaming media, such as top-bar Flash ads, flash games in the manner described above, etc.
3.Access webpages more like they're intended and viewed on a non-mobile targeted site, but through a mobile device and browser.
Here's a picture to illustrate what I mean crystal clearly:
What I want to know is what the problem is here:
1.Is it the way the browsers are programmed/configured?
2.Can't a browser app developed for Android/iOS/Windows Phone/Symbian/etc. (theoretically) be used identically with touch gesturization like if with a keyboard(such as pressing articulate little buttons, scrolling iFrames properly, running Flash runtime).
In other words, is it possible for Flash to run like it does on Windows on Android?
Why and why not?
PS: The problem is that on my device I can't find any tricks to get this done right, and I'm very limited with Flash video playback in this manner(and Flash altogether).
**Just to clarify, no, I'm not unaware of the YouTube app. What I want to do is all of the aforementioned tasks (video streaming, viewing Flash ads/animation, etc.) right from a single webpage which the .swf data lies upon(no "transferring" of data to other programs and leaving the webpage).**

I'm looking at all the cool new Android tablets, but the ones that really catch my eye (with regards to size, resolution, processor, and memory) don't seem to support Adobe Flash. Like the Barnes & Noble - NOOK HD+ BNTV600 , At least Best Buy says they don't (I haven't looked into much yet.) Most of the devices I've been interested in run Android v4.0 and seem to have good processor/memory specs.
I haven't done any flash type programming in a very long time. However I do want to get more involved with Android products/app development. If it's just a software/driver type issue or something that can be overcome by some tweaking I'm fine with that. However if Flash plays a big role then I should probably just get a device that supports it!
So my question is, how necessary is Adobe Flash, and in most cases (for devices that don't support it out of the box,) is it addable/installable?

I am trying to run flash website with my *Samsung Galaxy S3* (running Jelly Bean 4.3). The website is built for Internet Explorer only, but I succeeded running it on my FireFox browser on my PC. When I am trying to run this website on my phone, it runs properly except of one thing: the Hebrew shows Gibberish.
Example:
I know that Adobe stopped publishing Android flash player, but it still can be download from Adobe's website.
I search on the Internet and tried alot of things:
- Flash Player isn't influenced by the browser encoding.
- I tried to replace a lot of browsers on Android, no one solves the problem.
- After understanding the locale can be the problem I decided to make my IE on my PC show the same Gibresih. I change the region on my windows 7 control panel and my IE showed the same problem.
- My device is English but I use application like customlocale2 (I tried a lot of those applications). I tried to run the website on my friend's *Galaxy S3* (genuine Hebrew) and the same thing happend.
- After searching on the internet I found this link , which shows how to change Firefox config on Android devices. I saw that the locale isn't for Hebrew. I tried to change all the configs that look like related to locale from my PC FireFox (couldn't find how to import config to Firefox on Android), but the same thing happended. (Maybe I miss some configs).
- Firefox doesn't have Hebrew edition to android device yet.
- When I tried it on Google Chrome on my PC, the same thing happend. when I change the language of Google Chrome (including UI) and tried it works!
- I tried to enter to other Flash site I know and the Hebrew was upside-down.
