What is this feature called and how do you activate it?

From time to time on my Android phone (currently a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) I use speech recognition in English and then translate the transcription into a different language, and finally use that translation in some input field in some application. For example I might use Telegram or Line, and need to send a message in Korean or German, but I want to use speech recognition in English as this is the language I commonly speak. What's the fastest way to do so?
Currently I use the Google Translate app to transcribe and translate. However this requires me to copy paste the resulting translation into the target application. Is there a more efficient way to do so?

I need to translate puzzles/exercises where one need to insert missing words, translating sentences result in rubbish.
I think translating texts word by word could be more useful.
Is it doable with Android device? Perhaps, Google Lens or other app can be configure to translate separate words or phrases individually rather than whole sentences?
I think one solution could be apply OCR, copy text and ask chatGPT translate word by word. Are there any better alternatives?

Get Chrome to translate web pages
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 10 tablet. How can I get Chrome to automatically translate a web page? My laptop will do so, either on its own or by right clicking. I have turned on Google translate, but it never offers to translate anything.

So the latest android update to Google now automatically translates a Web pages. It allows you to either never translate page or never translate language. Thing is, I'm learning the language so I want to translate the page only when I'm not sure if what is saying! Before I could choose to either ignore the translate pop up or use it. Now it translates the pages straight away, which in some cases screws them up so I can't use the menus, even after going back to the original language. Why fix something that wasn't broken!

Or is this list available somewhere?
Probably harder to get, but I'd also like to ask the same question for the official non-open source version...
Thanks!

For those of you at work who can't watch the video, it's a demo of an iPhone app that came out today called Word Lens, which in translates language in real-time through the camera. If you point it at a sign in Spanish, it doesn't just output a translated text, it makes it look as though the sign were in English. Un-freaking-believable!
The closest thing I have seen is Google Goggles but I don't think it even comes close to Word Lens. Am I missing anything? Do we have any awesomeness like this yet?

Is there way to look up words and phrases while reading an eBook in the Google Translate app? Moon reader can do that in a browser, but the translate app is much better.
------------
Here is what I ended up doing:
1. Install Aldiko reader
2. Install Andmade Share
3. Hide all share apps except Google Translate using Andmade
4. Select a phrase in Aldiko
5. Tap on the share button
Now the translation of the phrase will appear directly in the Google Translate app.
