Reset Digital Wellbeing timers

Everyday I set digital wellbeing timers to zero(0) and increase then by 5 minutes everytime I need access to an app, this is how I'm coping with my phone addiction.
Sometimes if I extend an app timer to 30mins someday it remains the same and I will use the app for 30mins everyday until I realise and put it to 0-5mins again.
So, is there a way to reset these timers everyday to zero ?

I check my screen time through the 'Digital Wellbeing and parental controls' option in the Settings of my MI phone. (Redmi Note 7)
I manually calculated today's usage and it's around 2- 2½ hours. However, settings show 10 hr 30 min. I toggled to see the 'hourly' distribution and saw many of the apps being used at 4/5 AM. My phone was switched off during this time and I was asleep. It says I used 4 hr of YouTube today, yet the stats on the YouTube app itself says 30 mins.
Is this a common bug? Or should I be concerned?

How can I block a game on my child's phone during the night?

How can I restrict the usage of the app for him for only certain times of day? Note that there are other apps (e.g. maps) that I do not want to restrict at all, so blocking the whole phone down is not an option.

How do I prevent my Android from vibrating once when I turn on vibrate mode out of Digital Wellbeing's Bedtime mode?

I use [Digital Wellbeing's Bedtime mode](https://blog.google/outreach-initiatives/digital-wellbeing/improve-your-sleep/) to automatically turn my phone on silent for the night and back on vibrate for the day. In the morning, when it automatically turns on the vibrate mode at 7 am, it vibrates once. This annoyingly sometimes wakes me up. Consequently, I want to prevent my Android from vibrating once when I turn on vibrate mode.
Tried:
1. I went to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Vibrate. Changing the Vibration intensity for calls to zero did the trick. Now my phone no longer vibrates when turned to vibrate. But it also doesn't vibrate if I get a call which is a bigger problem than what it solved.
2. I turned the sleep mode settings to a later point. Better, but possibly a problem if I missed an early call.
How do I just disable the vibration when the vibrate mode is turned on, but keep all other vibrations intact?

is there a command I can run to disable the “Work” profile?
I want to disable the Work profile on a schedule using Easer. I know Digital Wellbeing already provides this feature but it doesn't work for me, the app always crashes right when the Work profile is scheduled to turn off.

My concern is
+ **Do those applications automatically running on background even though user doesn't use them?** (or)
+ **It is because of how google measure the activity?**
Has anyone experience these before?

Google have launched Digital Wellbeing features in newer Android versions, including Focus Mode. Focus Mode lets you select a list of allowed apps and block all others, during periods when you want to focus and avoid distractions.
According to this blog post by Google , it is possible to schedule Focus Mode:
> Their feedback inspired us to include a few new features with today’s launch. For example, we’ve added an option to automatically turn Focus mode on and off for the days and times that you choose (e.g. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays). This is especially handy for setting daily schedules; you can minimize distractions during the hours you’re at work, school or home.
My phone has Focus Mode, but it does not seem to have a way to schedule Focus Mode. How is Focus Mode scheduled on phones where this is supported?
