Why is Linux device showing on Google's "Your devices" when using Samsung Browser?

My Samsung Galaxy S23 was stolen while in Rome on vacation. I used the Google Account Management / [Security](https://myaccount.google.com/security) / [Your devices](https://myaccount.google.com/device-activity) screen to indicate what devices have connected to my Google account since the theft 10 days ago. I'm seeing a Linux device repeatedly showing up, but I have no Linux devices in my possession. For example, I see
> Where you're signed in
> 1 session on Linux computer
and
> History
> 2 sessions on Linux computer(s)
I see an entry as follows, marked 'new':
> Linux
> Rome, Italy
> Sep 8
> Samsung Browser
I've seen several entries like this over the past few days, and it tends to be associated with the Samsung Browser. In one case, the timestamp seemed to correlate to the time I tried to issue a device lock/wipe using the Samsung tool, so I'm wondering if there is some way that the Samsung Browser (on my Samsung Android tablet) is somehow being recognized as a Linux device. I've been issuing 'Sign out' commands whenever I see this.
I've changed the password on my Samsung account and on my Google account more than once since the theft.
Is it normal to see Linux devices showing up in this manner?

Similar to this question , but for the Samsung Internet Browser (which is opened from the Google app).
As is the case with PC desktop Chrome, using the never-fail
CTRL-F
and F3
combination does yield the hit count in the search box along with the highlighted hits in the right-hand scrollbar. On the tablet, however, most of the resulting page gets covered by a new layer of white nothing over it, which cannot be removed, unless it is then closed, upon which the search items are lost.
As to the alternative, some suggestions directed us to click on the Google "*Home*" area to acquire the search bar. Somehow, the device does not present as a candidate for Google Home, there may yet be another way to find text on a web page in the Samsung Internet browser.

On a Samsung S6 Plus Edge running on Android 7, certain security certificates will break since September 2021: the workaround which Let's Encrypt implemented doesn't seem to work in Samsung Internet. I get the standard "Back to safety" screen.
For browsing this is not an issue, I can use firefox. But I have an issue with WhatsApp: it will not load preview images from such websites, as probably it routes such requests through Samsung Internet or some samsung API. Changing the default browser doesn't help.
Is there a workaround for this which doesn't involve rooting the device ?
I've seen this answer , but it looks like I can't install certificates manually if the device isn't rooted.

I've had a long-standing problem on my Android phone with *IBM Community forum websites*.
Forum postings like this one are zoomed in too far. I can't read the text on either side of the page (portrait or landscape).
I have the same problem in all browsers that I've tried. I've tried pinching out the screen to zoom out, but that doesn't do anything. It stays at the same zoom level.

My uneducated guess would be that the page isn't handling responsive design properly. I've reported the problem to IBM. But they don't seem to be interested in fixing it.
I don't have this problem with any other websites on my Android phone. For example, there are even other IBM forums that don't have this problem . But unfortunately, I don't use those specific forums.
---------------
I've had some luck solving the issue on a different device: Safari/iPad (7th gen; 17.7.1).
In Safari, there is an option where I can zoom out at a set percentage (85%).
There's a tiny bit of cutoff at the righthand side. But I can live with that.
--------------------
**Question:**
To compensate for the problem with the IBM website on my phone, is there a way for me to change the zoom level in an Android browser app? (just like I did with Safari?)
So far, I haven't found a setting like that in Samsung Internet, Firefox, or Chrome. I'm open to installing a different browser on my phone if needed.

How to properly debug websites on the Samsung Browser
The Samsung Browser is not Chrome nor Android stock browser. And our webdev teams have some bugs that only show up on this specific browser. Is there any way I can remotely debug it as I can do with Chrome or Firefox? Either on an emulator or a real device.
