I have a YU Yureka mobile which upgraded to Android Lollipop version. I have been regularly using my office's Wi-Fi connection. For some days, the phone is showing that Wi-Fi is connected, but I can't access the Internet through Wi-Fi. When I connect the phone to a Wi-Fi network, I can access Internet for 30 seconds and then my phone would hang and then restart automatically. There are more than twenty employees in my office, but only my phone has this problem. I have done soft reset and hard reset to solve the issue. It works perfectly for Mobile data network. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

fastboot detects Redmi 2, but not Yureka. I am trying to install Cyanogenmod in Yu Yureka. When I tried installing the CM zip with default recovery, it failed stating "Signature Verification Failed". So I tried to install the TWRP recovery using fastboot. But that too didn't work for me. But for Redmi 2, I was successfully able to install TWRP recovery using fastboot, so that makes fastboot works, but not for Yureka. I am using Ubuntu 14.04.

When I connect my Lenovo external hard drive to my Yureka phone by the combination of OTG cable, Y cable, and the power bank, it shows the message that is connected and disconnected constantly. Why can I not connect my external hard drive to my Yureka phone?

I could not record the call while I'm talking. To record, I need to go to many options before recording the call. It was good in kitkat and to record the call with one button click. And the interface of the calling is not good in Lollipop.

My YU Yureka is stuck at the Cyanogen logo. I was just using Chrome with very low battery when it suddenly restarted and got at stuck at the Cyanogen logo. I don't have any backups. I've been trying to start the phone in safe mode but none of the methods I've tried have been working. Kindly suggest a way to start my mobile. If you can't help me I'll take it to a service center, would they be able to recover all data completely without any losses? Kindly suggest solutions/sites/videos that may be helpful to me. I cannot click install when selected an app to install in yureka ?( Not in play store,selected through a file manager) I'm sure it is not a touch screen problem.

I am using YU YUREKA that runs on Cyanogenmod 11.0 with Android 4.4.4. Suddenly I found that my device is not detecting the USB connection. Though my phone is getting charged, it shows 'USB not connected' in the tethering option. I have checked that with different computers and USB cables but without use. Later I go to Settings > Developers options > Android debugging and enable the Android Debug Bridge (adb). Then my device starts to detect the USB. But when I turn off the Developers option, again it stops detecting the connection. If anyone could help me in this matter. Also is it safe to use tethered data connection with debugging mode turned on?

So just a couple of hours ago, I unlocked the device's boot loader and after boot up, I noticed a strange app in the app drawer which was called radio transmitter. I excitedly opened the app. But, the thing is that, right after boot up, the everything was kind of super laggy and amidst the lag I killed the radio transmitter. Now, its gone from the app drawer. How can I get it back?

My Yu Yureka is stuck at boot logo after I updated to TWRP 3.2.0.0. It does not go into recovery or download mode. I tried connecting it to PC and that too isn't working. How do I flash a working version of TWRP to a softbricked phone?

My Yu Yureka with Cyanogen Mod is Optimizing apps again and again but not starting. Is there a way to fix this? Is tjere a way I can somehow enter safe mode and delete few apps?? Please help.

The "App lock" app is giving an error saying my SD card is full and it is unable to move videos to App Lock. I am using a YU Yunicorn device, which has internal memory only, no Micro SD card. Is there a reason I cannot add these files to the app?

I have an old YU Yureka piece, and it has gone into a boot loop. What happens is, **CYANOGEN** logo comes up in the beginning, and then "**Android is starting - Optimizing x/123 apps**" comes up. As x reaches 123, the phone reboots again, and the same thing starts all over again. One thing note worthing is that it's not always x/123. Sometimes it goes till x/9, x/29, x/27, x/120 etc.. It's not in any decreasing/increasing order. I have let this thing run many times, and for many hours (I was hopeful it would just magically show up my home screen after x reached whatever). But thanks to my hopefulness, Once it so happened that when it was x/9, and x reached 9 and the phone rebooted, it did not do the same thing again but *the phone started*!! But only until I connected my cable to get all the data, it rebooted again and the boot loop continued from x/123 this time. Other things you might want to know: - My phone is pattern protected (locked) - It is not rooted - ADB was not set up from the settings - **AND I AM CONCERNED ABOUT MY DATA**, so no wiping/formatting of Internal SD card! Oh, and Cyanogen rescue mode has the following options: - Reboot system now - Apply update - Wipe data/factory reset (I want to **avoid** this) - Wipe cache partition (I have tried this) - Wipe media - Reboot to bootloader - Power [???] - [???] logs Sorry for [???] as whatever is written there I can't read it due to a screen display problem. Right now I am just waiting for that magic to happen again, hopefully if the home screen comes up, this time instead of connecting it with cable, I will first remove the lock pattern, and set up ADB. But I have no clue how it happened last time, or how/when will it happen again. Also I am unable to connect with fast boot, as I guess we need ADB set up for that. Is that right? adb devices does not list my device. I haven't really worked much with fast boot, flashing, etc. But I will be comfortable to follow instructions. *All I want is to rescue my data.* Any help is appreciated :)

I have yu yureka phone on which I tried to unlock the bootloader and flash cwm recovery. As the process continued and at last the window showed ' finished'. I then tried to boot into recovery mode by pressing all hardware keys simultaneously but it didn't opened recovery and the phone started to homescreen. I need to know whether recovery is installed properly or not. I don't want to boot into the recovery mode because last time it did so and the phone was in bootloop so is there any way to know if the recovery is installed properly or not without rebooting it in recovery mode. After flashing philz recovery through fastboot mode.Yureka doesn't neither boot into OS nor into recovery.(But battery less than 10%) When turned on shows boot image and then a blank screen.If charger is connected,shows battery status when phone is off. Downloaded philz fromPhilz And executed fastboot -i 0x1ebf flash recovery philz.img

My Yureka Cyanogen restarts whenever I try to make a call. When I dial a number it restarts but not when I receive it. What could be the problem and how to solve it?

My device is YU YUREKA with android 4.4.4 and Cyanogenmod 11.0 Restriction of background data in android devices is very much in now-a-days and I always use it. But recently I am facing problem with the Gmail app. Sometimes it is not working with the data restriction even when it is not a background process. Therefore to get my mails I have to un-check the data restriction option every time, for which other apps are consuming unwanted data. Is there any way to make Gmail working again with the restriction?

I've a YU Yureka AO5510 and I've flashed custom ROM and thing were working fine. But once I pressed restart and phone never started again. I thought it was low battery and tried charging. Whenever I connected the charger, LED notification light turns red and after few minutes it gets turned off. When the charging cable is unplugged and plugged again, red LED notification light comes up again and turns off after few minutes. Could help me to enter fastboot or recovery in this situation?

Softkeyz is a root app. Yureka runs CyanogenMod out of the box but I don't know if it's rooted or not. Is it safe to install softkeyz root app and use it?

I am using Yu Yureka Mobile. I want to connect my mobile to system in office through reverse tethering. My Yureka Mobile was running on Cyanogen Mod 12.1 with Kernel version 3.10.49-cyanogenmod-gbca6118. Can anyone help me how to perform reverse tethering on my device?
