I'm using a Kyocera DuraForce Pro 2 phone from Verizon. There is an icon in my status bar that looks like a finger pointing at 3 horizontal lines.

([Full screen screenshot](https://i.sstatic.net/TqhOn.png))
I can't find anything online, and no one at Verizon or Kyocera can identify it either. I need help figuring out what this icon is and what it means.
I have contacted Verizon Tech's, Kyocera, and personally searched online, with no positive ID. Deleted all apps, factory reset, and even safe mode start up, and the icon remains at the top of the screen in the status bar. The only time the icon is not at the top of the screen is when you click on the drop-down for the status bar icons. Glove mode nor the underwater camera mode have any effect on the icon when switching these two selections on or off.
Can anyone identify this icon? Any information on what this is would be greatly appreciated.

Today, I (very briefly) spotted a new icon in my status bar on Samsung Galaxy Note 9. It looked like a little person icon (head and shoulder, silhouette kind of thing) with sound waves on the right (like a WiFi signal but horizontal). It was only there for a second, so I wasn't able to get a screenshot but will definitely try if I see it again.
I haven't come across this icon in the 8 or so years that I've been using Android, and I can't think of any obvious app that it would be for. I haven't installed any apps in the last week or so either.
If it helps, I was on my Galaxy Note 9 on Oreo (8.1.0 / Samsung Experience 9.5), it is rooted (Magisk) and has Xposed installed.
Any help identifying this icon is greatly appreciated and I'll update if I manage to get a screenshot.

I'm using a Doogee S60, on Android 7.0 Nougat, rooted, with Xposed and GravityBox installed. I'm seeing this weird issue where my status bar has a non-standard battery icon, and I can't seem to either hide it or find out where it's coming from.
Turning off the battery icon in the GravityBox tweaks just moves the signal icon closer to the point where it starts to overlap with the battery icon. If I select a different battery icon, it just adds it overlapping.
In addition, if I open an app that makes the status bar background white, the battery icon colour doesn't change with the rest, making it mostly invisible.
I've looked in all the settings I can think of/find (including System Settings, System UI Tuner, GravityBox, and my launcher settings), and have no idea how to get rid of this. I just want the stock battery icon, or failing that, add a custom one. Either way, I want this battery icon gone.
Does anybody have any ideas about this?

What does this "gear with a ladybug" icon mean on Samsung devices?
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, this icon (a gear with a ladybug? The sun holding the letter T?) suddenly appeared on my "swipe to unlock" screen. ![][1] Now the touchscreen is unresponsive and can't enter recovery mode. The only thing I can do is a soft reset. [1]: https://i.sstatic.net/M0Rq7m.jpg

It looks like a frequency band wave, (squiggly up and down and across) with a bar through it. I would describe it as a "No frequency" icon.
I can't find anything about it, or how it might be indicative of a phone signal problem. It popped up suddenly and now my camera doesn't work, nor does any voice features (dictation into Google or notes). Rebooting doesn't take it way.
Update: I'm back at home and still have the icon and camera/dictation problem so it's not something to do with roaming or being away from T-Mobile's network.
