This is my first time posting here and I am not sure how to best classify this question with tags, so please excuse me. Here's the problem: I have backed up the data partition with TWRP and then wiped my Note 10.1 2014 before installing a fresh stock ROM. I did this because it went into a bootloop. When I tried to do a restore of the data partition through TWRP it sent the tablet back into a bootloop, so I had to redo the wipe and installation. I am only really trying to get one thing from the data partition, my S Note notes, so I thought I'd try to do this manually. I unzipped one of the TWRP backup archives (data.ext3.win001 or something like that) and found the folder com.samsung.android.snote in there with the .SPD files inside. However, the .SPD files actually appear as folders on my Mac, not zip archives as they should be. Something must've gotten mixed up in the TWRP backup. They contain all the appropriate files, and they are of the appropriate size, so I thought I'd zip them on my computer, change the file extension and put them on the SD card and back into the phone to be imported into S Note. However, S Note says "Invalid file format" when I tried to open them. Does anyone have an idea about how S Note files work, and how they can be correctly zipped, give that I have all the correct contents? I know it's a long shot, but any assistance would be welcome! Cheers!

S Note larger canvas?
The S Note application seems to have a limitation I can't get by. The only workable area is the exact size of the screen. Is it possible to change the size of the canvas?

Automated export of Samsung S-Note notes to image or PDF?

Are there any methods for automated export/transfer of Samsung [S-Note](http://www.gottabemobile.com/2015/04/19/how-to-master-s-note-on-the-samsung-galaxy-note-4/) notes to an image or PDF? I understand how to *manually* export / share notes from within S-Note and am aware of S-Note to S-Note and S-Note to Evernote synchronization. I'm hoping to find an alternative to Evernote synchronization which I currently rely on. It would be perfect if this can be accomplished entirely within Android and accessible to Tasker. This question was listed as a possible duplicate of ["Get notes created using “Notes” default app and export them to PC"](https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/128678/get-notes-created-using-notes-default-app-and-export-them-to-pc) . These are not the same application. [Here](http://www.gottabemobile.com/2015/04/19/how-to-master-s-note-on-the-samsung-galaxy-note-4/) is a link showing S-Note. Techniques used by that question may be applicable in this case, however; S-Note captures images which represent additional complexity when pulling data through that many layers. The adb nature of that approach makes an automated solution even more difficult.

batch processing SNB files
I am running Android 4 on SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 10,1, and using the S Note app, Is there a way to process multiple SNB files at once? For example, S Note can export 1 SNB to PDF but not multiple, but it would be better if there's also a way to export multiple SNBs to a single PDF

Some time ago I used a pair of devices: **Samsung Galaxy S4** and **Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1**. I noticed, that they synchronized the notes in S Note nicely: even though S4 was unable to edit complex Note's notes, at least it was able to display them. And they were synchronized with my Samsung account as well. I've replaced the 10.1 with the **Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition**1 lately and I've noticed, that it no longer synchronizes notes with my S4. Do you know maybe, why is it so? Is there a way to synchronize notes between my devices automatically? --- 1 Samsung for sure sets the records in their devices name lengths...

I tried to delete all s-note data/cache in the preferences, but I was unable to reset the picture import to the non default value. (It didn't even delete the Documents on the device, they were back after a reboot). The reset to default values button in the Task manager is greyed out.

Is it possible to convert previously-taken handwriting and turn it to text later in S-note? If not, then what about one of the other apps that come with the Galaxy note such as aNote HD?

I installed CyanogenMod 10 on my WiFi Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. However, some things are missing. First of all, I want the S-Pen handwrite keyboard, as well as the S-Note app. Also, if possible make peel work (very unlikely, but just in case anyone had make that work) I tried to install these from an unzipped stock ROM but (as expected) it didn't work. Do I have to install any library? If yes, which? BTW: Please do not recommend other ROMs. I want CM. Maybe alternative apps. If I find the libraries and APKs, I may create a flashable zip.
