How to change typing layout for physical keyboard on android tablet?
I got a QWERTZ keyboard made by Samsung for my Samsung Galaxy tablet because literally I couldn't buy anything else and was lucky to even find this one. I prefer QWERTY, so I'm wondering how I can switch the keys in android? I can physically swap the keys, but I don't want it to use a QWERTZ layout....

It never crossed my mind that Android would not have Romanian Language on the physical keyboard! The virtual keyboard has it, but what I'm particularly interested in is having the physical keyboard configured with the Romanian layout. To clarify, I don't want a keyboard with Romanian characters painted on it, only the software layout to be Romanian. That is when pressing such keys [ ] ; ' they should produce such characters ă î ș ț.
Under System -> Language & Input -> Physical Keyboard, selecting the keyboard and then "Set up keyboard layouts", Romanian is absent:
So, can I set this up?

I'm trying to type German special characters ä, ü, ß with Bluetooth keyboard (Logitech k810) using SwiftKey (this is the keyboard app I normally use when not using the keyboard, ideally wouldn't have to swap keyboards everytime). When typing directly onto the phone, I would long press the 'a' key to bring up the ä character, but doing the same thing on the physical keyboard just repeats the same character.
On my Windows laptop, I use Autohotkey to overide the input such that pressing CAPS + a = ä. Would be ideal to be able to do the same thing on android

Webpage objects extend beyond visibility

Usually, when I see mobile webpage issues, I chalk it up to the site's developer not making the page universally mobile-friendly. Sometimes it's videos that extend beyond the bounds of the screen and I'm unable to zoom out, sometimes it's text.
However, I came across this page which is Google's own page. Why is it that on Google's Nexus 6P (with Google's Android) using Google's Chrome browser, the page ends up looking like this:
I can't even watch that video correcty, let alone pause it, without blowing it up to full screen.
If Google can't even keep issues like this from cropping up, part of be thinks it must be pretty difficult from a development standpoint. I don't know if there is any user-end methods to avoid this, so I guess my question is: **Is there some way I can force Chrome to always display objects like this in a usable fashion?**
Note: I have force zoom enabled, but unfortunately that only guarantees the ability to zoom in and doesn't allow the option to zoom out far enough to enclose all content on the pages I'm referencing.

I know there are apps such as [MarkdownX](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ryeeeeee.markdownx) that let you write *documents* with all those proprieties or export them in various formats but this is not what I'm looking for: I'd like to write an email just as I'm doing now while writing this question, without attaching any file. Yes, I know that I could just connect with a PC and write the message using [some web browser extensions](https://www.google.it/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/addon/markdown-here/&ved=0ahUKEwig7veOyOzKAhXFChoKHTE2AaoQFggkMAE&usg=AFQjCNHJKcoC7Houw-UDZttPgScsbA9xJw&sig2=lj_To0l01hJMQToCbQzwZQ) , but I'd like to do all the work using my phone.

Pinch-zoom not pure zoom in Web browser on HTC Desire Z because text is auto-re-formatted: irritating / layouts break

When I (multi-touch) pinch to zoom and release my fingers from touching the screen to see the zoomed display, the Android web browser on the HTC Desire Z performs a shrink-to-fit re-format of the page (or a block of text).
This re-formatting is unsatisfactory because:
- the original page layout is not retained, for example horizontal navigations get squashed e.g: from
- ABOUT SHOP FORUM SUPPORT
to
- ABOUTSHOPFORUMSUPPORT
or worse the text overlaps
- when pinching to zoom photos on a site, the zoom occurs but on releasing the fingers to complete the pinch, the photos shift as if they are anchored to a spot.
- the shifting affect of the reformat is irritating at best and confusing at worse, because the user's eyes lose track of where they were reading once they release their fingers from the screen to complete the pinch
Is there anyway to turn off the auto reformatting?
I notice that this "feature" of reformatting is *not* present on my iPod Touch - this device performs a "pure zoom" whereby the multi-touch pinch simply zooms in without reformatting/shrinking to fit the text block to the screen, this flows better and feels more natural. (Please note: No this is *not* an Apple Fan-boi rant, remember I am an owner of a HTC Desire Z Android phone as well as an ipod touch and would like to see my suggested improvedments in the Android phone).
I suspect that this occurs on other Android 2.2 phones but can't be sure.

On many applications, text is wrapped to half the screen width
