For some reason, the email body doesn't contain the date and time of the meeting. How can I find out when it is? There are other threads on the Web describing the same problem .

I'm trying to prevent the Microsoft Teams app from accessing all contacts on my Android. I have gotten as far as asking somebody to share a link to their invite to teams. This way, this contact appears in my chats list, and the status of the contact is displayed (active, away, etc.), but I can't send or receive messages. Can we use Microsoft Teams without giving it access to all Android contacts?

I'm wondering if there is a way to record Microsoft Teams meetings with a smartphone; I'm using a Motorola Moto G6 Play and the record button doesn't appear. I tried with a screen recorder, but Android doesn't allow you to record internal audio unless you root your smartphone (in this case the warranty goes away).

Premise: I'm living and working in Switzerland where 911 isn't an emergency call number. One of my colleagues has an internal phone nr 911 (which can't be changed easily because it's mapped directly to the last three digits of the external phone number) Communicating with him in Teams works without any special issues in Teams on Windows. Trying to chat with him in Teams on my mobile phone fails because Microsoft feels compelled to warn me that I can't message 911 via Teams. I looked for an option to skip this Message but I'm only presented with the option to call 911 or send an SMS to 911 (which makes sense in about a dozen countries in the world). A quick Google search didn't turn up anything useful for me. Can you explain to me how to get the chat with my colleague working or point me to a resource that explains how to solve that problem? **Update:** It's even weirder! The user has the internal Phone number 988 and not 911. Now I'm totally confused! With other coworkers whose internal phone number starts with 9 I can chat without any issue...

I have Microsoft Teams installed on my Samsung tablet. I often share my tablet screen in Teams meetings. When I move my hand near the tablet screen, the screen goes blank (temporarily). Why does this happen? Is it some sort of functionality for quickly stopping presenting in an emergency?

I have Samsung Galaxy S8 on Android 8. I try and install MS Teams for my organization, but I get the message "Your device is not compatible". Is there anything I can do?

On both Android phones I own (all systems up-to-date), MS Teams calls are not usable, since the caller voices are all squeaky. I have the impression that a compression algorithm in the background is not doing its job properly. The phones are a Fairphone 4 (with the latest eOS) and a Fairphone 3 (with the latest iodéOS). The problem occurs every time someone calls, both with and without video. Everything else seems to be working fine, just voice is unusable. Some internet searches reveal that the issue might not be related to MS Teams itself, but I doubt that, since normal calls and VOIP works just fine. So the question is: is there a workaround, some package that I’m missing, or is MS Teams plainly incompatible with de-Google-d operating systems?

In the last week I began running into an issue. Not sure if there was a system update (could have happened overnight). **In short audio doesn't work in teams meetings until I clear the cache for the app.** - Issue occurs with both wired and wireless headphones - Audio will work via phone's built in speakers - Once it is reset it will work for one meeting or a couple. I haven't figured out what triggers the issue - Issue is limited to MSTeams, other applications (music/audible/youtube) work just fine. When I'm connected to a Bluetooth headset, it seems Do Not Disturb is meaningless. I turn it on (sometimes allowing Starred Contacts to interrupt, sometimes none) and put on my earbuds to work, alternating between listening to media and joining Teams meetings. Unknown callers, suspected spam and even my ex-wife ring right thru and interrupt the audio of my meetings. Even if I decline the call, it takes several seconds more meeting audio to return to my headset. Please help. If I'm giving a presentation and it's interrupted one more time by the phone ringing from someone I wouldn't answer even without DnD active I might do something drastic, like buying an iPhone. By the way, I still love my Pixel 2, but I'll upgrade if that will fix this travesty.

Microsoft Teams does have access to the camera: But Microsoft Teams doesn't see anything on my camera: Why can't Microsoft teams see my camera's content on my Samsung Galaxy S9? My default camera can see my two cameras' content without any issue. Switching between the two cameras didn't help. The two cameras have the same issue in Teams. Rebooting the phone didn't help.
