I just took the plunge and flashed my HTC Incredible 2 with _stock ICS 4.0.4_ to _Psycho's CM 9.1_. I am happy so far but I don't know how to retrieve the apps I have saved on my SD card. Prior to performing a root, I used App2SD pro to move them. Now after rooting and flashing custom ROM they don't show up on SD card. I re-installed App2SD pro and still can't find them. I know they are there because file manager says there is 14GB of used space. I could re-download everything but I would like to avoid that. Any help for a noob would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sometime after latest official update to Android 4.0 phone began to switch Wi-Fi on by itself when being in sleep mode (or maybe at other times). Reproduction: turn off the Wi-Fi, leave it in a Wi-Fi enabled area (there are open networks, but no which I would like to use), and next time I look at phone it shows this notification "There are open networks" and has the Wi-Fi enabled. The reason I'd like to disable this behavior is phone likes to connect to some saved public Wi-Fi's when I'm on the move and browsing via 3G, thus disrupting the loading of pages. So I usually turn Wi-Fi on and off manually.

Similar to Rooted the phone and installed cyanogenmod. How to get back Sense UI? but with the addition of full backups of the old Sense UI packages. I am running Cyanogenmod 7 on a rooted HTC Incredible 2. I have Titanium Backup copies of all the original HTC Sense UI packages. When I try to restore some of them, Titanium Backup brings up the "Restoring ..." dialog but it just sits there with the message up. It never goes away, Android does not try to Force Close it, and the message also stays in the Notification bar until the app is manually closed via a task killer. (The system still responds; just Titanium Backup that seems to hang.) How do I restore these system packages to get the Sense UI and widgets back?

I have a HTC Incredible S shich was recently updated to Android 4 and Sense 3.6. After that, it began to not always switch the screen on after pressing the power button. In 20% of the cases, it just turns the backlight of both the screen and the buttons on, but doesn't "turn on" the image on the screen, so it stays black. Pressing power button 2 times (1 to switch off again and 1 to switch on) does help, but it's annoying. What can be the reason? How do I troubleshoot it? My phone isn't rooted.

I tried to place a 3G-324M video call to my Incredible, but the other phone says that mine doesn't support it. On the web I found someone mentioned that Incredibles do not support video calls in 3G at all. Others mention that this is possible with Skype. **The question is** - can I make my phone use 3G video calls without using a mobile Internet (as I think Skype is using Internet rather than native 3G video calls, thus I am paying for mobile Internet with Skype calls and not per rate specified per minute for 3G itself). Or is Skype the only available option?

How to see what applications do some actions when I power on my phone?
I believe there's some set of “hooks”, which get executed when I power on the phone. I want to see it to figure out the reason why my phone sometimes doesn't wake up properly (wakes with black screen).

I saw a suggestion to use Call Delay Patch from the Android Market, but some report that this helps while others report that it doesn't work. I have the same issue on my HTC Incredible S (Android 2.3.3) and want to know if this issue has been addressed already or if there is a patch for it or a way to avoid it. Searching the web brings only complaints.

I recently moved from 2G network to 3G. On 2G when I call somebody - the phone automatically suspends the mobile Internet (since it cannot send data and voice at the same time) and activates back when the call ends. Now on 3G I just cannot call when the mobile Internet is active (no matter whether it downloads something or not) - the call is reset immediately. At the same time I can receive calls, i.e. if somebody calls me - the phone rings and I can talk. If I disable the mobile Internet and use WiFi (or do not use any connection) - it works fine. Changing the network type (auto, 3G, etc...) doesn't help. Android 2.3.3. Go Launcher + Go Contacts Ex. Two questions: 1. Is this an issue with the phone? 2. Is there something I can tune inside the phone to make it auto-switch the mobile Internet like it was on 2G (maybe 3rd party application or patch/fix)?

There are multiple log messages with the following error : "Failed allocating fieldDir at startPos 0 row 10845" where the row value keeps increasing followed by another error "not growing since there are already 10846 row(s), max size 2097152". I have disabled all search plugins and reset the cache, is there anything I can do to stop the "search application provider" eating my CPU and degrading the performance of my other apps (these errors coincide with jerkiness and slowdowns in other apps)
