Phantom App Plays Music When I Connect Bluetooth

Whenever I turn on my Bluetooth headphones, as soon as they connect to my Android phone it starts playing a song; I cannot figure out what app is playing that song or how to make it stop. I have deleted all the music-playing apps I could find from my phone and it makes no difference (in particular, I have deleted Spotify, which seems to be a leading contender for this problem). I believe that my only remaining audio apps are Audible, Libby, PocketCast, and Poweramp, none of which show that they are playing this music.
I have deleted the album it was playing from my Music/ folder, so now it only plays the last song it was playing from that album and stops when it reaches the end of the song (if I turn off the headphones and turn them back on, it will play the song again (presumably because it has it and only it cached). It will stop playing if I hit the pause button on my headphones.
Doing adb shell dumpsys media_session shows the last audio playback came from the package com.android.systemui which is not helpful (at least not to me). Full output of that command is below in case there is something there that I didn't understand.
If someone could lend me a clue, I'd appreciate it.
EDITED: added the output of "adb logcat -b all" at the bottom of this text.
Full output of "adb.exe -t 14 shell dumpsys media_session":

Since Android device can play music using in-built music player or using external apps such as
YouTube
or TuneIn Radio
, I wonder if it is possible to "**measure**" the sound being played by Android through earphones/headsets?
**For example**: I am using Google Music App to play music through headset/earphone. ***Is there a way(any tool or app)to know how much sound in decibel it is generating?*** Already checked Sound Meter , but it seems to be monitoring only the external sound/noice around phone , not really catching the sound output from earphone.
As discussed in this Health.SE post , there seems to be health implications (related to hearing loss etc.) if one hears the music at higher decibel volume. Hence, its better to check what sound level you are hearing your music at for safer media experience.

Can you please advise me how to grant APP's access to Music and Audio?
Android version: ColorOS 15, OPPO
As screenshots, the APP "Pydriod 3" is not listed to have access to Music and Audio (Settings, neither in Allowed nor Not Allowed). Seems no way to manage the Allowed or Not Allowed on the Music and Audio settings. The "..." on the top right is not helpful too.
On the other hand, the APP itself, seems has no place to "ask for" the permission to access Music and Audio.

So, before you dismiss this question please continue reading for all the details.
I have my music collection on an SD card on my phone. All my music is very well organized, I'm almost OCD about it. All my music is properly named: AlbumArtist/Album/track# - title.mp3
All my files are mp3s, all of them are using only ID3v2.4.0 with no ID3v1 (some people use both [itunes?] ID3v2.x and ID3v1, not me). Every single tag field is using UTF8 encoding. All my music has an Artist and an Album Artist field, genre, track number, album art (properly encoded), date, and album, strictly no other field. None of my file-names contain special characters either.
I've gone even to the extreme of creating scripts on my computer to make sure that every single mp3 file on my collection is stored with the previous parameters.
Now, there are a couple of songs the Google Music keeps showing as "Unknown Artist", no track-number, no album art, etc. even after all the previous efforts. Other music apps (i.e. Rocket Player) show the correct info without a problem.
I've clear Google Music data, reinstall it, reboot phone, but nothing fixes this issue.
I've searched online and this forum. There are two other questions related:
- https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/48252/google-music-unknown-artist-only-in-android-app
The first is totally the opposite of me, where I'm very knowledgable of the ID3 tag standard, how to edit it (I've created Python scripts to automate the process) its version, encoding, and fields.
The second is related to FLAC and none of my files use any other format besides MP3 (with ID3v2.4.0 and UTF8)
Does anybody have any idea of what's going on? Why doesn't Google Music want to read the ID3 from the files? It feels like it's getting its info from an old database and not the files themselves.
PS: I'm using Android 7.0 and latest version of Google Music at the time of writing (v7.10.5022-1.T4178353)

I am using Duolingo to practice Japanese, and I'd be able to practice a lot more if I could actually do this while listening to music. Right now, when you get to the next question, it turns down the volume for all other apps, reads the question, and restores the volume again. This is annoying enough that it makes listening to music while practicing practically impossible for me.
Preferably I'd like to mute Duolingo altogether, but I'd settle for it not lowering the volume for other apps (NewPipe is what I usually use to listen to music, and which I want to keep playing at the same volume).
I saw this other question: https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/125250/how-to-have-two-applications-play-sound-simultaneously/125311#125311 , from six years ago, which seems somewhat related, but which doesn't apply to NewPipe, and probably wouldn't apply anymore anyways, given the age of the question.
How can I achieve this? (I have a rooted phone, which might help, IDK).

I have an audio file recorded in 5.1 surround sound. I'd like to play this from my Android Device.
The issue I have is the various Android devices I have (tablets/phones) all contain the standard 3.5mm jack, which I *think* means stereo only! I'm not after a simulated surround sound, I need access to the outputs! Maybe it's possible via the USB?
My exact requirement (if it helps) is to end up with 4 outputs. Front-left and front-right as a stereo pair and back-left and back-right as a stereo pair (I don't need the sub-channel). However, being able to somehow split the signal so each goes to its own speaker is also fine, I can worry about the rest. The focus is on how the Android device can provide this signal(s).
The device I want to connect to is [External Sound Card With USB 5.1](https://web.archive.org/web/20161012014903/http://www.myxlshop.co.uk/j-s-external-sound-card-with-usb-51.html) (note it's USB input). Maybe with the new USB DAC input?

Want to play 2 audio files at once

I would like it to continue playing as background to everything I'm doing.
Thanks!

I have a PC (can run Linux or Windows) that's connected to my surround-sound speakers. When my friends come around they can listen to their music by connecting their phone to my speakers using a standard 3.5mm jack.
Is there a way that would let them connect their phone via WiFi to my PC and they could just play their music like they are connected directly to the speakers via a 3.5mm jack? One of the main requirements would be that they could use the standard music player in their phone.
Also does anyone know if this software or configuration this would require on the PC side to work?

Stream music on Android to Desktop speakers
The **canonical** location for my music collection is the Android phone (synced from Mac at work), and I have a Windows PC at home connected to the speaker system. Is it possible to play the music on Android, but stream (via bluetooth, wifi or USB) the audio to these speakers (via the PC)?

Android 13 car head unit won't route phone calls or AV-IN audio to USB DAC/AMP

I have a full blown Android 13 car head unit - EX-ALS215 (Snapdragon 662).
Audio is output from a 3.5mm jack socket on the unit's harness (audio-out socket).
I have then connected a Cyrus Soundkey DAC/AMP to one of the USB sockets of the head unit.
All audio is now output via the DAC except phone calls and the audio from the AV-IN.
(AV-IN is part of the unit's harness and is where I plug my TV tuner as input [Video/L/R])
So, voice calls and AV-IN persist in coming out of the 'audio-out' socket on the harness.
**Why is this happening and how can all audio be routed to USB?**
**Clue#1:** I have tested the Cyrus Soundkey with a Samsung Galaxy A53 and when making a phone call the audio from the call was correctly routed to the earphones plugged into the DAC. The microphone used during the call was the one built into the A53. I am at a loss as to what is happening.
**UPDATE#1 (01 Feb 2024):**
I used adb to investigate why this is happening. Can you see anything obvious in the text files? or Would you like me to try something else?
**OBSERVATIONS:**
1. I am no expert, but is dumpsys audio showing the "Cyrus Soundkey" (usb_headset(4000000)) being the default for voice calls?
post.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=3377686&d=1706801391
2. dumpsys media_session : shows the com.wits.ksw.bt application (the KSW BT dialer) making a voice call? Does this mean that kswBt tries to output to the Soundkey and it fails, defaulting back to the builtin speakerphone (as seen in practice)? **UPDATE:** This entry does NOT represent a phone call. Instead it represents BT audio played on my phone via this BT app which is also responsible for voice calls. Indeed BT audio from my phone played using this app, does go through the USB DAC.
**SUGGESTIONS:**
1. Is it possible that the Soundkey is being rejected due to an audio incompatibility with the telephony audio (24bit vs 16bit or something)?
2. Someone suggested that A FiiO Q3 DAC would work with voice calls because it supports USB Audio Class 1.0. Others have said that a FiiO K3 DAC which also supports USB Audio Class 1.0 exhibited the same problem with voice calls. (FYI. The former has a unit from same manufacturer as mine, bought 2 years ago and upgraded to A13 & current firmware. The latter was from same manufacturer in 2020 A10.)

How can I transfer a playlist straight to my PC?

I'm trying to move just the songs that are in said playlist so I can burn them to a CD. The music app on my LGG4 let me export the playlist into an ".m4u" file but I'm not sure what this does or if it even helps. Any guidance? Thanks in advance.

I was able to replicate this for skipping to the center of a song. I can't hear an entire second, but it does seek to the center of the song and play a bit of it. If I try to go back to the beginning of the song after every skip, the Music Player eventually crashes.
For any of the mp3s with these issues, if I restart my phone it deletes these songs .

I’m trying to make a backup of my music playlists, that I've created using the Samsung Music app on my Samsung Galaxy A6 (Andriod 10).
So far I’ve not been able to locate where these playlists are stored, and neither a way to extract them.
Most forum questions about this problem either hold old outdated answers, or none at all.
Does anyone know a way to extract Music Playlists (preferably as a text file)? Or by using some app for it?
