I have found some Andoid Studio solutions for Java developers, but I haven't experience in it. Is there some way with user options on Android OS or some application to download for scheduling with calls?

I am running a [Moto G Stylus 2021](https://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_moto_g_stylus_(2021)-10583.php) . Currently, I am not able to make any phone calls, not even access my voicemail. I am though, able to receive phone calls and make and receive text messages and use USSD codes. I do not know why this is happening as it did not happen before. It is not a carrier issue because I reached out to them and they told me that they have detected no issues with my device but either way sent out a SIM refresh to my device. Even so I was still unable to make phone calls. Recent changes to my phone was someone going in and messing around with the MMI codes and settings.
Does anyone know what may be the issue?

How to turn off/mute the USSD notification sound in Jelly Bean?
I recently got my Lava Iris 501's OS updated to 4.1.1 and now it even chimes whenever my operator sends me a 'Last Call/SMS/Data Cost' notification. This happens even on the Silent/Meeting modes also. What can I do so that my phone doesn't bug me at my workplace?

However, they appear on the lock screen too and will keep the screen awake indefinitely until I tap on cancel or close. This has resulted in my phone's charge draining overnight. How do I stop this? I dont want the pop-ups completely gone, just want them to stop bypassing the lockscreen.

One annoying feature of this service is that they send a USSD balance notification at the end of every phone call, text message, and data usage. Is there any way I can disable or block these messages? I found the "Balance Update / USSD blocker" app in the Play store, but it specifically states it does not work on 4.2+ versions of Android. I also contacted H20 customer service and they will not disable the messages on their end.

This is for a little project I'm working on, to simplify an app that my cell carrier provides, but I don't have any idea of what codes are executing some times, couse there are not documentation about it. I'm expecting something like a sniffer or similar, but I'm open to suggestions. My handset is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, just in case somebody knows a way to achieve what I'm looking for doing a trick in system settings or something hidden in the OS.

I just read about the remote USSD attack . My hoary old Samsung i7500g phone is vulnerable (confirmed via this site ). The solution is to install a (free) secondary dialer, like Dialer One. Unfortunately, since my phone is running on 1.5 (I know, I know!), I can't download any apps through Google Play. Furthermore, an alternative download on AndroidDrawer told me that "this app is not compatible with your phone" -- presumably OS related. Okay, so, what are my options? Is there a free dialer I can use that will, as explained here , at least prompt me which dialer to execute the command with?
