I want to back-up bookmarks and history, but the Sync "application" on my android device "cannot connect to network" and the webpage only provides a never ending swirl, even on a laptop.
(Yes, 'this is a question to ask at mozilla support'... which requires a Firefox account.)
Alternately, is there any browser that allows this manually, exported to some .txt or other file?
Edit: trying to install xBrowserSync, but it won't. I have a few versions, but each has this problem.

I scanned each at VirusTotal first, of course.

I went down a lengthy rabbit hole of suggested apps and then my Play Store app suddenly crashed. I am hoping there might be a general viewing history.
I am already aware of how to see a list of currently installed apps and a list of apps I have (ever) downloaded.
If no such list/history exists or can be cleverly made, perhaps I shall look up apps through the browser in the future, since surely I would be able to see history as it would appear like any other webpage visited, I would think. However, this would certainly be less convenient and would lack the other features and benefits that are a part of the actual app.
Is it possible to view a history of apps I looked at on Google Play, but didn't necessarily download?

My device was damaged and since then I've had to order a hardware replacement.
Given that all purchases and application installs/uninstalls via Google Play Store
are carried out in connection with my Google account, I would like to know whether
there is a way to:
1. How can I view a list of apps I purchased, perhaps arranged in reverse chronological
order according to purchase date? The [Google Play Apps](https://play.google.com/apps) site displays all applications I've ever installed, including free ones. WHen I go to
My apps
on the Android Google Play Store applications, I don't see the apps I paid for which were on my old device (same Google account).
2. Is there an application with a graphical user interface which displays all the
history of installed/uninstalled applications linked to my Google account?
[This thread](https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/83030/history-of-installed-uninstalled-apps) seems to suggest that this is possible via the DOS command-prompt on Windows using the adb
(Android Debug Bridge) tool, or even on Android with BusyBox
. But I am looking for a GUI application, possibly one that uses info stored on the Google account in the cloud rather than in a log file on the device.
Thank you for your help.

I've got all someone's chat history on my WhatsApp number after trying to help her when her phone broke. I want to get it back onto her WhatsApp number - can anyone help?
When her phone broke, I tried to help out by lending her my phone. I used WhatsApp's Change Number feature to change from my number to hers. Then when I got her a new phone, I used Change Number to go back to my number. But I didn't realise Change Number changes the number in all Chats and Groups. All her chats and groups now have my number in them. So now I get my messages, plus any from her Chats and Groups and I have her entire history on my number.
Can anyone see a way to untangle this mess? I'm in a lot of trouble.
Things I have tried:
- She has set up WhatsApp on her new phone with her original number but the history is gone.
- I've looked at restoring an old version of her WhatsApp backup - but I think her history has been over-written by recent backups after this mess happened. I can't find any previous versions on Google Drive.
- I looked at transferring my backup to her, but don't think this is possible.
- I said I could email her individual chat histories - she wasn't impressed.
Any ideas are welcome. Both our phones are Android.

While I can hit Ctrl-H and see the links I've visited on my synced Android device, they are not there when I pull up the History file on the browser, so they must be stored elsewhere. I could not find any relevant Google results that answers my question, however.
What is the easiest way to export my Android Chrome history as a CSV file? And where is the synced history stored?
Thanks.

Recover manually deleted call history
I was looking for an outdated third party call backup app which does not update instantaneously at the deletion of logs via the default phone app. Would that be necessary or is there any other way I can save the said deleted history? If yes, could anybody suggest such apps? Thanks!

A couple days ago I decided to give Firefox for Android another chance, and it turns out its history only goes back 100 items! How do I fix this? I want unlimited history, as I've set up on my Pale Moon on PC, or at least a way to backup and import, as the FEBE extension does on PC (I don't have root on my phone).
I tried the
places.history.expiration.max_pages
method, but it does nothing (probably because, as I gather, FF for Android doesn't use places.sqlite). Other FF Android clones I tried have the same problem.
(Frankly I'm a little disturbed by the amount of extensions aimed at _deleting_ history. In this day and age of ubiquitous internet traffic logging, why do people want to be the only ones not to have access to their browsing history?)

I remember many years ago when I got my first android that USB connection seemed to work more like a flash drive. You could do multiple things at once without it saying the device was busy.
In all newer android versions I've seen I get an error saying the device is busy if I'm copying something and trying to browse files at the same time. Also I've noticed newer android devices seem to be slower with file transfers or even generating all the files in a folder.
So my question is what changed exactly and why was it implemented?
*Bonus question: Can you give a detailed history on what happened with android USB and with what versions of android did it change with?*
