Realme GT Master: can't make or receive calls

My phone has the following issue: incoming calls don't come through (any attempt to call by other phones results in voicemail), and outgoing calls don't work either (the "Phone" app gets stuck on "Calling..." without even a single beep).
Mobile data and SMS do work and the signal is at maximum. I tried switching the SIM card with mine, but the problem persists on the phone.
I put the SIM in the second slot, but the problem remains the same.
I have disabled both VoLTE and 5G.I tried messing with APNs. I tried calling the emergency number, **and it works, both with and without the SIM card**. I uninstalled and reinstalled the updates for Google Dialer, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled Carrier Services (including the beta release). I have restarted the phone multiple times. I even updated to the latest version (Android 13), but the problem still is the same before and after the update.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? How did you handle it?
Phone is a Realme GT Master RMX3363 with Android 13 and 5th of July 2024 security patches applied.
This is the output of
adb logcat *:E

Will a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 (international version) work reliably in the United States (comparable to a domestic phone)?

I'm buying a new phone, upgrading from an LG Q7+, and so far the best phone I've seen is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. The only con to this is that the Note 9 is only available in International version, and I live in the USA. I've heard that Metro by T-Mobile (my service provider) is good for international phones, but I don't know if it will be comparable to buying a domestic phone. That is, I don't want to get a really good phone but sacrifice all of my connection speed. If it's a little slower, I'm fine with it, but if it will be a major difference, I'll shop domestic.
One thing I've noticed is that, according to this site https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=9206&idPhone2=10192 , the Note 9 actually has more 4G connectivity than my current Q7+ (11 bands compared to 9). Does this mean that it will be more reliable than my current phone, or does this mean nothing since it's international? (Note that I'm not very tech savvy. I know next to nothing about these complicated specs, so I don't actually understand the numbers)
The bottom line is, I want to buy a new phone, but I want to be sure that the new model I'm considering will have comparable connectivity speed to a domestic phone. I know that T-Mobile will support international phones, but I want to be sure that the support is good compared to their domestic support. If anyone reading this owns a Xiaomi in the US, I'd love to hear from you, but anyone who knows about this sort of topic would be extremely useful to hear from. Thank you to anyone who has read this far. I appreciate the help!
EDIT: I've found this site https://www.kimovil.com/en/frequency-checker/US/xiaomi-redmi-note-9 which suggests that it will work on US networks, but I have no idea what the numbers and technical terms mean. I'd like to know what exactly this says about the network reliability in the US. Thanks for putting up with my lack of tech knowledge!

I won it from an HTC stand I went to, and all they said was that the phone was unlocked so that it could be used with any carrier. How can I tell if it's CDMA or GSM? I can't remove the cover to see an ESN or HEX number, and I don't see any spot for a SIM slot. On the label of the phone it has an IMEI number, an S/N number and a P/N number. Any ideas?
I see listings on ebay that say GSM and other listing that say GSM/HSPA. How do I tell?

As I know that Android phones can share WiFi by using tethering. So, may I know if it is possible to even share my phone GSM/3G/2G connection? (of course without applying another SIM card for another phone.)
Suppose there are two friends - Jack and Jill. Jack has an Android 4.2 phone while Jill has an Android 2.3 phone. Jack has a SIM card inserted into his Android phone, but Jill is currently thinking of signing a mobile plan and so her Android phone does not have a SIM card.
What happened was that Jill need to make a call to one of her relatives due to whatever reason. However, Jill does not have a mobile plan yet. The problem arrives when Jack also needs to make a phone call.
So, is it possible for Jack to tether his "mobile plan" to Jill, who does not have any mobile plan or SIM card? This means that both Jack and Jill can make calls using a single SIM card but with two different Android devices.

I had cm-11-20150517-NIGHTLY working, then upgraded to cm-11-20150607-NIGHTLY. Now I get the error "No service" and have basically no GSM functionality whatsoever.
If I attempt to select a network operator, I get the error: "Error while searching for networks."
I installed this using TWRP, there were no issues with the install. Automatic upgrade failed, I believe this is due to an encrypted file system, something which TWRP does not handle.
What I have tried:
Rebooting by itself.
Removing the USB cable and rebooting (apparently this was a known issue before).
Reverting to cm-11-20150517-NIGHTLY, this does nothing, same problem.
Resetting APNs to default.
Device: GT-N7100,
CyanogenMod version: 11-20150517-NIGHTLY-n7100,
Android version: 4.4.4

I want to use my phone number when traveling abroad and there is no possibility to setup roaming, etc. So the idea is: I have Android smartphone. I have my SIM inserted in the phone.
The phone works as usual phone - it is turned on and connected to charger. I need software that is capable to answer for incoming phone calls and relay the call via internet to some other phone or PC with corresponding software that runs on it. That is when somebody calls me, my phone that is turned on in my home answers to call, transfer the call/voice via internet to another country where I obtain some signal to my second phone or PC and can have a conversation.
I have VOIP phone number but this doesn't solve the issue - I need exactly the phone number bound to my physical SIM - some services verify that number is virtual and do not work with such numbers. Could you please suggest Android application that solve the issue.

"LTE" is obviously just 4G LTE, but what are TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, and EvDo?
I'm assuming at least some of them must map to 2G (GPRS), 2G (EDGE), 3G, "3.9G" (HSPA+), but which is which? And which ones are actually CDMA (Sprint, Verizon, etc.) rather than GSM?
(I'm a little confused because it seems GSM LTE phones also have modes like WCDMA?)

When I travel to Europe, I buy a SIM, stick it in a Moto-E that has a European radio, then tether my regular cell phone. This has been an effective solution since I'm using my regular phone, and I have all my apps.
But, last time I traveled, I got a LycaMobile (Denmark) SIM, but they blocked tethering. The data connection worked fine from apps on the European phone. The wifi hotspot could be set-up on the European phone. My US cell phone successfully connected to the European phone's wifi hotspot. But as we all know, unless there is Internet connectivity, having a successful wifi connection is useless. I went to two LycaMobile outlets and they confirmed that tethering is blocked for the plan I bought.
My question: would a user-space application (like PdaNet+) allow me to connect my US cell phone via wifi and allow me to access the Internet even though the normal Android tethering was blocked by the carrier?
(Moto-E, Android 4.4.2 (API 19))

I've been trying to figure out how to achieve the best audio quality in phone calls, and part of it is finding out whether GSM, CDMA, LTE or other standards/technologies compress the audio the same way or differently depending on the phone's settings or hardware. I'm not asking about internet audio calls (like using Skype for example) but regular built-in phone calls.
Does the available network type determine the audio quality of phone calls? Can I improve the sound quality if I get a phone from a GSM or CDMA carrier? Does LTE or some other more modern standard improve audio quality significantly?
