I'm using a Pixel 7 Pro and can view HDR videos on Facebook without problem. However when I upload HDR videos captured with my P7P it always result in an SDR output even though the above articles seem to claim that Android can upload HDR. I've also tried on Z Fold 5 and the same thing happens
So how can I upload HDR videos from my Android phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra running Android 13. I am uploading a large video to YouTube via https://www.youtube.com/upload and not the Android YouTube application. I notice that when Chrome doesn't have the focus for a few minutes, it pauses the upload. I have to switch back to Chrome so that it continues the upload. However, I have other things to do on my phone outside Chrome.
How can I configure Android so that when Chrome doesn't stop uploading when it doesn't have the focus?

I'm trying to figure out why some open-source apps suck so bad at uploading and downloading on networks with bad [Goodput](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goodput) (eg high packet loss, jitter, and latency).
One thing that can be done to [drastically improve Goodput on poor networks](https://atoonk.medium.com/tcp-bbr-exploring-tcp-congestion-control-84c9c11dc3a9) is to modify the TCP Congestion Control Algorithm. Doing so requires both the server and the client to support a given algorithm. So the first step is to determine which algorithms are available, which are [provided by the OS](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73258421/which-tcp-congestion-control-algorighms-are-supported-and-used-by-okhttp) (Android).
How can I get a list of all the TCP Congestion Control Algorithms that my Android device supports?

Can't upload files to Google Drive from ES File Explorer
I opened the Google Drive app and tried to upload files using ES File Explorer, but it said upload fails. It gave two options, upload in the normal Android way, and file way (if above fails). I tried both, but it failed. Some of the files having the same types did upload, but some exact same PDF did...

Once I unzipped the file onto my Android phone (HTC One), I converted the file using a Media Converter app. I can play the file on a VLC player, but when I try to upload it to any social media (Instagram and Facebook), it doesn't even show up as an option. What can I do to change that? I need it to be able to upload in this fashion for work and have been trying to do this for the last 24 hours with no luck. Any suggestions please???

Update: I'm on a work website in an area where I can upload documents to a report.
The image below is what I see when I click upload. I've also attached a second pic that shows what I see when I tap "Gallery". Uploading multiples works well on a PC but not on this tablet. There are a few guys in my company that it seems to work for but they aren't near me and this is something that IT would take forever to get to.
