How to change the brightness of the Galaxy A10s flashlight

I saw how this application ([Cardiograph](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.macropinch.hydra.android)) uses a bright flashlight, and then it switches to a dim one. The phone itself (Samsung Galaxy A10s) does not have a built-in flash brightness control, and there is no root either. So, how can you adjust the power of a flashlight, what applications are there for this (maybe even somehow through Termux)? Samsung Galaxy A10s phone, Android 11, all updates installed.

Any concerns using LED flashlight apps?
I've always wondered with flashlight apps, especially ones that use the LED light(s): Is there any risk of shortening the life of the LEDs? I noticed one app ("ASettings") gives a warning that doing so can "harm your phone"... which to me sounds even more ominous than burning out the bulb. I thought LEDs had a crazy long lifespan to begin with, so do I need to worry?

Easy Flashlight/Torch Toggle easily using tasker

I want to turn on the torch on the device by pressing the power button 3 times(or something convenient) and display a notification saying "Flashlight ON" and turn it off by simply swiping out(clearing) the notification.
I have achieved this by creating 2 macros in Macrodroid .
But I wanted to do the same exact thing with Tasker because obviously tasker can do a lot of things whereas macrodroid is limited to only a set of things and its not worth using both of them at the same time.

Flashlight on lockscreen on Galaxy S5
I am soon going on a field trip and would like to give my friends the ability to use the flash light from the phone without giving them the pattern to unlock the phone. Is that possible to add the flashlight/torch to the locked screen just like the camera? I have a Galaxy S5 with Android 4.4.2

I am not able to use Rear Camera and Flash Light in My Lenovo K6 Note. Front Camera Works Well.
When I open Camera App, by default it Opens with Front Camera. Rear Camera Option is Not Found. (Front Camera works Perfectly Fine)
Even when i opened WhatsApp and Take a pic, only front camera is shown. No Button to switch To Rear Camera. (Front Camera works Perfectly Fine)
When i swipe Down the status Bar and try to switch on 'Flash Torch light'. it is not working.
In Stock Rom, Front and Rear Camera Works Fine even Flash Light Works Fine.
**Solutions Tried**
* https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71423852&postcount=112 Tried But Not Working (Both Solution not Working)
* Download libmmcamera2_sensor_modules.so from my github, override /system/vendor/lib/libmmcamera2_sensor_modules.so in your phone, take care file permission, then reboot your phone. Even This Is not Working
* Used Rom lineage-14.1-20180319-UNOFFICIAL-karate . Not working
* Used Validus_Karate.zip still not working same Problem As above
**Device:**
Device : Lenovo K6 Note
Android Version : 7.1.2
Os : lineage-14.1-20180319-UNOFFICIAL-karate (Flashed Using TWRP)
Rooted : Yes
**Just a Doubt**

Recently my camera on my LG G4 has been having some issues and is not working at all.
When opening the camera app either front or rear there is just a black screen and after a moment the message "camera unfortunately stopped working" and the app is closed. Also I have checked that the flashlight is not working but that must be related to the camera problem I guess.
It is not the first time it happens. Sometime ago I had the same problem for about two weeks but the problem magically solved itself. But know it reappeared when I tried to open the camera through the locked screen menu while having another camera app which might be unrelated but I am not an expert.
I have tried several usual methods to solve the problem:
- Rebooted the phone;
- Deleted Cache (Both camera app and gallery);
- Deleted App Data;
- Tried a third party app;
- Factory Reset;
**Nothing Worked!**
I have know tried to use adb and android studio to see what kind of errors are issued and what I got was this:

variable for the screen part, but how can I detect if a volume button is held?

I think it happened after I tried taking a video with the stock camera app (Nexus 5X).
As a workaround I can turn it on by enabling the flash when about to record a video, but this is really inconvenient. I'd like to be able to switch it on without unlocking the phone.

So I would like to change flash brightness in some way: hardware or software.
The easier but ugliest hardware way is to use a semi-transparent sticker in front of lens.
Do you know any way to change flash brightness entering some hidden settings (common settings do not have that option) or using another settings app or camera app? The phone is not rooted, but I accept solutions in this way.

I am having multiple issues on my Micromax Yureka after upgrading to Lollipop:
1. I am unable to pick up calls & the display is not coming on
2. USB storage connection is not functioning & won't connect to the computer
3. Unable to stop the mobile data when it's already connected, when I click the data option, it's going the open the data usage details only.
4. Rear camera flash not properly functioning, it's not timely flashing.
How can I fix the issues?

I'm on Android 5 KitKat but I've seen this in Android 4.x as well. The stock camera app has the settings for contrast sharpness brightness etc.
I always want the sharpness to be maximum along with the contrast, that is, high values for both these parameters. I change them and later on they will reset to defaults. I tried to use other apps like open camera but they are not native apps and their control of the camera is not that good.
My question is how do I permanently keep these high contrast and high sharpness settings without the defaults taking over periodically. And corollary to that , I wonder what event causes the settings to be reset to default... is it a certain time period? Or after coming from sleep. I wanted to know if there's some sort of a settings file which I can edit to permanently keep these modified settings. I'm attaching a picture of what the look like. Please don't recommend an alternate app. I would like to know what I can do with this app.

I've got a brandnew OnePlus One with Cyanogenmod 12 on it, and the device is rooted.
I like the offscreen gestures very much. But sometimes they are triggered accidentally. This is very costy when the flashlight is turning on and you don't get it.
So my thought was, to write a task with Tasker, which let the phone vibrate, when the flashlight has been enabled.
But unfortunately I have no clue how. I looked for a solution in the web, but I didn't find anything. So maybe you have an idea how I could achieve this. Thanks in advance.

Are there Android devices without a camera, but with a torch?
Flashlight in Android seems to be "entangled" with Camera, leading to UI, power consumption, privacy and other issues. Are there Android devices with a torch, but without a camera at all? How the LED is managed there?

Where can I find some good documentation concerning how to use the features of the camera application installed on the Samsung Galaxy SIII and how these features work under-the-hood? I would like to improve my shots taken with the cameraphone. Thanks.

ps: If someone could tag this with "torch" and possibly also "gt-s7500", that would be great.

Camera light flashes when the phone rings - how do I turn this off?
With Android version 4.3 for my Samsung Galaxy S3 (or perhaps just Verizon's flavor of it) my camera flash has begun to blink **very brightly** when I am receiving an incoming call. How can I turn this off? I've been through the settings and nothing obvious really jumps out at me.
